"Located in the quiet rural middle space between bustling Venice and historic Padua, this secluded retreat is a gem for exploring the area, with many delightful sights and restaurants to enjoy within a very short drive as well. We wanted to see both Venice and Padua but did not want to stay in either place, so this mid-point spot was ideal, and proved to be the perfect spot for us. The host was wonderful. "This was a lovely house, comfortable and spacious, elegant accommodation. The whole house was very rustic with regional touches and very well equipped - though not modern luxury. We enjoyed that. Beautiful outside space with a great pool... bbq and plenty of room for eating outside. Codogne wasn’t a very exciting town - very limited public transport (bus) so you do need a car. We went in August and the Ferragusta meant that lots of shops were closed for this national holiday. Andreas (owner)...

When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. "Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."

"The property is lovely and built for relaxing. The property has multiple units which are rented But we had the property ourselves. One issue is that the description identified internet and bathtubs which would have been great for our kids who typically take baths and watch some cartoons. I think the description could be clarified that these items are not available in all units. Otherwise it was beautiful place."
