Séjour sur Rome
La communication avec Silvia est sincèrement excellente. Attentionnée et soucieuse du bien-être de ses invités. Les explications pour s'y rendre sont précises. Elle transmet toutes les informations nécessaires pour un séjour sans soucis. La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite, un stationnement est disponible à quelques mètres et la gare de San Pietro est à quelques pas de l'appartement. De là, il est possible d'explorer Rome dans sa totalité. À distance de marche de tous les commerces essentiels (épicerie, pharmacie, cafés, restos, etc.) Je recommande cet appartement pour visiter Rome. Merci Silvia pour le bel accueil.

3 great nights in Roma
The studio was great and Silvia (the owner) gave us a lot of information and advice to make sure we enjoy Roma. It was easy to go in the center of Roma in train/metro/on foot. I recommend this studio !

Appartement très agréable au calme
C’est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons séjourné dans ce petit appartement très bien situé dans une impasse et donc au calme. Très agréable après une journée de visite dans la chaleur et la foule de touristes ! Nous avons été accueilli par Mateo qui nous a tout expliqué sur le logement et les choses alentours . Nous avons apprécié D'être en contact permanent avec la propriétaire disponible pour toute question. L’appartement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement la ligne de métro (petite info :prendre un ticket train plus métro au même prix que le ticket métro pour aller dans le centre de Rome 1,5€) Un grand merci pour les douceurs à notre arrivée (jambon pain œuf et pizza !!!) Alors pas d’hésitation vous pouvez aller chez Sylvia pour découvrir la magnifique Rome.

Ce studio est très bien équipé et confortable. Il est situé près de la station San Pietro mais nous n’entendons pas les trains ni les voisins, c’est très calme.

C'était parfait. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons à 100%.
L'appartement est bien situé, à 200m du bus 64 qui emmène au centre et des trains (Stazione San Pietro), dans un quartier très calme. Il est au 4ème étage (avec ascenseur) et domine un petit parc. Il est très agréable, clair, bien conçu, bien équipé, très propre et le lit est bon. A notre arrivée, les placards étaient garnis des produits de première nécessité et de friandises. Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par la soeur de Silvia qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement et donné quelques conseils de visites. Silvia, la propriétaire, est extrêmement sympathique et disponible. Elle nous a donné de nombreux conseils et réservé les taxis aller-retour pour Fumicino. Nos contacts avec elle avant le départ ont été très utiles. Bravo.

immeuble calme (heureusement que quelqu'un est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport car il est situé dans une petite rue très calme studio correct et propre (avons apprécié le lait et le café pour le lendemain matin) Nota bene=cafetière à reviser car en 1 heure n'avait pas fini de filtrer!!)

Trés bonne situation , studio bien aménagé, agréable et calme
A 10 mn à pied du vatican , prés de la gare ST pietro ( train ) et bus ligne 64 déservant la gare principale Termini et le reste de la ville. Accueil très chaleureux , la propriétaire Sylvia est très reactive , toujours à l'ecoute pour rendre service . Nous avons mon épouse et moi appréciés ce séjour à Rome Je recommande cette adresse Merci à notre hote Sylvia . Dominique et Claude de Nice

Tout ce qu'il faut au studio un bon accueil . Près du Vatican du centre ville et de la gare San Pietro . Sylvia au Top . C'est la deuxième location aussi bien que le 3 pièces .

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce, dans une résidence très calme, idéalement situé à proximité de la station de train San Pietro et du Vatican. Accueil agréable et simple avec de quoi bien commencer par un café et des gateaux. Orientation agréable face à de la verdure. Possibilité de beaucoup de visite à pied à partir de l'appartement. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable sans aucune complication. Merci Sylvia.

Appartement pratique et très bien situé
L'appartement de Silvia est idéalement situé, à proximité de la station San Pietro et à distance de marche de la plupart des centres d'intérêt, dans un quartier populaire à l'écart des hordes de touristes. Charmant petit balcon donnant sur une cour intérieure. Seuls petits défauts: le matelas couvert de plastique, très inconfortable, et les ustensiles de plastique qui cassent à l'usage.

Thanks for your opinion. Regarding the mattress cover , it is put under the sheet for hygienic reasons but you can removed it. I am very sorry, because you don't speak of the attention towards you, about the breakfast and all the information about your stay. Silvia 'm very surprise because all my guests said the bed is confortable. if you have this problem can you speak with me, the cover

Ich habe die Wohnung für die Reise meiner Schwiegereltern gebucht. Sie sagen: "...Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen groß genug. Sauber, schicke Dekorationen. Das Bett ist bequem. In der Küche gibt es alles, was zum Kochen notwendig ist. Wir haben nicht gekocht, dafür regelmäßig Kaffee und Tee gemacht. Im Bad war alles schön sauber, Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an Vatikan, für uns war das sehr angenehm, wir haben viel unternommen. Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf in der Nähe gibt es auch. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln liegen in der Nähe, wir waren viel mit Bussen unterwegs. Wir haben uns sehr über Pizza als Begrüßungsgeschenk gefreut, es war sehr nett! Wir können die Wohnung mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen." Im Vorfeld der Reise hat Silvia mich kontaktiert, um die Anreise und den Aufenthalt meiner Schwiegereltern so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Silvia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin. Für meine Schwiegereltern war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rom!

Great accomodation and host
Silvia has been an incredibly accommodating and forthcoming host. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and she kept us informed about the best train connections. She also organized us a shuttle from the train station to the apartment which, due to construction works on the streets and station, was harder to get to. The apartment itself is big but enough if you’re planning to explore Rome all day. It has been very clean and tidy, we felt right at home. It also must be noted that the bed was quite comfortable. All in all, a great experience and Silvia has definitely contributed to that.

Cozy, close to St. Peter's
We stayed here for four nights after a tour. We appreciated the pizza and orange juice waiting when we arrived! Sivia and Matteo are gracious, welcoming, helpful hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate us, both when the Rome marathon made our arrival a bit complicated, and in arranging for a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning. The apartment is lovely and bright, the bed is comfortable,the kitchen is well-stocked, and the washing machine was very nice to have. There's a nice cafe around the corner and a well-stocked grocery store just down the hill. Plus, San Pietro train station is only a few blocks away, and St. Peter's Basilica is about a 15 minute walk away. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when we return to Rome.

Ruhepol in Rom
Silvia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir wurden sogar, da kurzzeitig der Bahnhofsausgang St Pietro gesperrt war, vorab darüber informiert und mit dem Auto abgeholt. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal Silvia und Massimo! Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet- sogar Ol, Essig Salz etc waren vorhanden. Wir hatten auch aufgrund des tollen Appartement einen sehr schönen und entspannten Rom-Besuch. Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Petersplatz. Das Appartement ist in einer Seitenstraße ruhig gelegen - wir haben sogar bei warmem Wetter den Balkon genossen. Das Appartement war für uns ein absoluter Ruhepol im quirligen Rom!

Es war sehr schön. Jeden Abend, wenn wir zur Wohnung liefen, konnten wir den Petersdom sehen. Der befindet sich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Außerdem befindet sich ein Bahnhof in der Nähe. So kann man sich gut in Rom bewegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location and quiet neighborhood
This was our second stay at Silvia's studio. It's so easy to navigate since it is a block from St. Peters Station and Silvia is a wonderful host. perfect location for us and a very comfortable stay
We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the apt felt. Had been traveling a lot and it was such a lovely treat to arrive and find pizza waiting for us! Apt has everything you'll need plus a nice little balcony. Was a very short walk to the train station but we didnt hear any noisy trains. Overall a great place and we would definitely return next time we are in Rome

Silvia and Matteo were very welcoming. Great communication. Best to be on What’s App. The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and warm. Be prepared for a small elevator if you have large suitcases. The apartment is near the top of a long hill next to the train station so be sure to wear comfortable shoes going to and from the apartment. Overall a nice spot that was comfortable and quiet even though the train is nearby. Great hosts too!

Thank you for your review, for 4 stars. I did not understand what Bronx means. I have visited New York and I could never compare the Vatican to the Bronx. ROME is an old city, not everyone appreciates the small streets, the small shops. I would have liked you to talk about the welcome you received, the pizza you found at home because I knew you were coming from a long journey, for the assistance we provided before your trip and during your stay.

We stayed 4 days in Silvia’s home in Rome. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The shower water was hot and the towels were plentiful. We felt very comfortable coming home there each evening. Silvia shared many good suggestions before we arrived. The apartment is located conveniently near several major attractions. In addition, it is a short walk to the bus stop. As we would come down out of the building, we were greeted each day with an amazing view of St. Peter’s Basilica. Silvia went above and beyond to help make our experience wonderful! We also enjoyed and recommend an e bike tour. I think it was my husband’s favorite part.

Great place to explore Rome
House Aurelio is a nice little place to stay and use as a base to explore Rome. Pre-check in and follow-up communications with the host were great. The host even suggested a number of nice places to eat and explore. The apartment is small but is great for two people and has everything one will need. It is very well located to explore the Vatican but a little further away from the Colosseum, although walkable, some may like to use public transport (easy to use and cheap). We enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. A warm welcome by Matteo, a clean flat, the pizza, wine and the other attentions. We immediately felt at home. It was big enough for our short stay (five days). The location is also perfect for exploring the main sights on foot (St Peter's Basilica ten minutes walk, Castel Sant'Angelo 20 mins and Piazza Navona 30 mins). We arrived with our own car. We were able to park it on the street by the flat without any problems.... If we were to visit Rome again, we would want to stay there again. Thanks to Silvia and Matteo!

Picturesque Home Away from Home
Silvia’s studio was beautiful! We were welcomed by the lovely Matteo who showed us around the studio and how to use all of the appliances. Silvia gave us many wonderful recommendations for food, shopping, and transport - we had the best pizza of our lives at ones of these spots! The studio was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need for a short stay in Rome. The studio was also in walking distance to The Vatican and the bus/train that got you to all the major attractions in 20-30 minutes. Would highly recommend this place!

When in Rome…stay here :)
The property was in a great location, just a few minutes away from bus and train stations. Vatican City is just across the street and there are tons of food options surrounding the area. Smaller place, perfect for two people. Has a nice balcony and in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The property manager was extremely helpful and great with communication! Would recommend staying here if you need a place in Rome :) Oh and if you like cats, there are plenty of neighbourhood cats :D

Estancia inmejorable
Silvia ha sido extremadamente atenta en todo momento, tanto antes de la llegada como durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento se ajusta exactamente a la descripción y hemos estado fenomenal. 100% recomendable. Silvia nos dejó hasta comida y vino para cuando llegásemos y dos personas nos atendieron a la llegada para darnos las llaves y explicarnos todo. My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our first trip to Rome! This place is conveniently located right next to a train station and we were able to walk into town easily. Silvia’s personal touches and communication was excellent. I would recommend this spot to anyone who needs a cozy spot to stay.

Neat little apartment in great location
This bedsit apartment was perfect for me and a mate to visit the sites of Rome. Right near the Vatican, with plenty of local restaurants nearby with great food at very reasonable prices. Having said that, the place is fully equipped if you want to do some cooking ( maybe next time) Transport couldn’t be easier with train station 2 minutes down the road. Silvia was super communicative and helpful, even leaving us things to make an easy breakfast for a few days. Comfy bed and extra sofa bed made for a comfy stay at a really good price in an apartment in perfect location. Would stay again.

One week trip to Rome
Sylvia’s property was everything and more me and my spouse needed! It’s beautiful interior made for a cozy stay! It was located in the perfect neighborhood just a quick walk from the train station. The terrace offered late night chats with a great view! Sylvia was the perfect host, she communicated clearly through the whole process and gave us plenty of things to do/places to eat!

Amazing owner, amazing stay
The owner is so helpful and considerate. She gave us many recommendations for food and activities We lost our credit card at a nearby coffee shop. She helped us to cummunicate with the shop and drove us to pick up the credit card in a raining night.

We loved our stay at Silvia's Flat. It was conveniently located just two blocks from the St. Pietro train station so it was great to walk to for travel into different locations. Check it was easy and Silvia even left nice snack for us. Very quiet and nice location. Tiny and perfect for two people.

Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. Detailed instructions for getting to the apartment by transit or cab. Restaurant recommendations were also given with help getting reservations. The apartment was exactly like the listing described and it was in a very central location. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome for the first time.

Great studio in a perfect location!
The whole process was seamless and easy. Our host Sylvia and Matteo were in communication from beginning to end to make sure we were taking care of. The studio is small but has everything we needed during our stay. It is conveniently located outside of the San Pietro station so we pretty much took the train or walked it everywhere. Can't wait to come back to visit beautiful Rome. Thank you Sylvia and Matteo.
