Perfect apart near the airport.
This apart was our first stop at our arrival in Italy. It was perfect; clean, roomy and very calm. We were surrounded by birds. The owner made our arrival and departure very easy. It is also very close from Ostia, a nice little city on the see and use the opportunity to go to the beach and get some rest after our very long flight. We were very statisfied with our choice.

Alessio was a wonderful host and gave us great directions to get to the apartment and arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning to take us to the airport. We were only here for 1 night, but Alessio left us a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine, breakfast items and ordered pizza for us to be delivered. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We could not ask for anything more!

Everything was perfect!
This was my first time ever using Vrbo. I was very nervous and unsure what to expect. Alessio was the best! We could not have asked for a better experience. He had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. He had pastries and milk for our breakfast. He helped us order delivery. We slept so good and were so relaxed that we cancelled our plans for the next day and just stayed in. We enjoyed all the comforts of home here. Last but not least, Alessio helped us get our taxi to take us to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for some local R&R. Alessio was a phenomenal host. He provided very specific details about how to locate and enter the property. Upon arriving, he was there to greet us and walk us through the property. He also generously left some items for breakfast, drinks in the refrigerator and a bottle of wine. The unit has a front and back patio upstairs. We used these to sit and unwind. It was the perfect place to end our trip in Europe. We were able to relax and reminisce in a lovely country rustic setting. Alessio also helped us secure a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport. This was a concern for us because we had scheduled an Uber in Florence and the driver canceled the last minute. Alessio said his driver was very reliable. The driver showed up right at 4:30am as he said. We breathed a big sigh of relief. Thank you Alessio!! We would definitely come back.

Lovely family vacation
For us, this was the perfect way to experience Italy. The home is located far enough out of the city that you don’t hear the noise of traffic and get the tranquillity of Italy countryside. The host was absolute gem and was so helpful! Would highly recommend for family stays.

Nice quiet location - excellent host!
Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our stay before flying home from Rome. It is just 10 minute’s driving distance from the Rome airport, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. Alessio is an amazing host- he left breakfast items for us and greeted us in person and even drove us to a train station so that we could easily get into Rome. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire vacation in Italy.

This was our airport location and Alessio had arranged our shuttle service for the morning and everything went smoothly. The home is exactly as shown and Alessio was so gracious, providing breakfast snacks for the morning and a nice bottle of wine for our check-in. Outstanding host!
Our host, Alessio, was so thoughtful. He sent photos of the street and entrance gate and lockbox that contained the keys, etc. so we knew we were at the correct location. We had pizza at a recommended nearby restaurant. We explained that we had an early morning flight and asked for help arranging a taxi. Alessio handled that and checked with the driver the day before to confirm our 4:15am pickup time. He also left us juice, milk & a Variety of breakfast items & chips which everyone really appreciated before our flight. The VRBO was well maintained and we wished that we had more time to enjoy the 2 outdoor areas.

Great property for a group of 5. Host was very helpful with recommending restaurants and helping get transportation arranged to the airport and Rome. Property was absolutely beautiful and had everythng we needed. Only drawback is if you dont have your own vehicle and need to rely on public transportation.

Perfect Location Prior to Stateside Flight from FCO
Exactly what we needed at the end our of trip in Italy...a place close to the airport that we could park our rental car safely that night (fenced in compound), spread out into our own rooms and beds, enjoy relaxing on the couch, comfortably repack and get showers without being cramped up... and most importantly, get one great last Italian meal (vice something overpriced and poor quality in hotel and/or near airport). Oh and a Q8 gas station about .5 miles from house as well you can top off the car the night before, if you want to do that instead of at airport. On Saturday, took exactly 13 min to drive departing 0800 from secure parking behind gate at residence to parked inside rental car return parking deck at FCO. May want to give a bit more time on weekday...but I doubt too much. Very easy and no stress. Could have not asked for better host! Alessio was great with comms before booking, during the planning process for our trip and during the trip (used WhatsApp). Had the kitchen filled with espresso machine, fridge filled with milk and juice, kitchen table filled with breakfast pastries, and most graciously, a bottle of Chianti! Lastly, over the top helpfulness...he agreed to switch out my receipt from topping off gas where I had value left over on the receipt by not using all the cash I put in the machine...he took the receipt to use and gave me euros, absolutely above and beyond helpfulness. Rooms as advertised, king for wife and I, two twins in other room for kids, and if you wanted to...the couch is more than big enough for another person. Lots of room. Two great restaurants nearby that he recommended, we chose to head over to the seafood one, 4112. quarantunododici.it It was fabulous and their online booking from their website worked great, we booked at 1900 and showed up at 2000 and they were waiting on us! Very close...maybe 3 min drive. In summary, excellent value and hospitality...matching exactly what I believed I was getting. Most importantly, having seen his place and how relaxing it was...next time will plan to get there earlier to watch the sunset from the porch,and drink a few bottles of wine when we travel back next year!

Our stay near Rome airport
Our host, Alessio, was the most wonderful host we had during our 2 week stay in Italy. His location to Fiumicino, Rome Airport was only 10 minutes. He provided wine and treats when we arrived. He arranged taxi transportation for us to the airport (only 20 euros) and offered to help us get food if we were hungry. He carried our luggage upstairs. His place was spacious, clean, and very safe. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be close to the airport.

Perfect self contained apartment at Allesio’s house couldn’t be better for an early morning flight departing Roma. Great communication with Alessio, and he was very helpful with suggestions for local dinner and arranging a taxi for us in the morning. Needed a one night stay to catch our next day connecting flight. Apartment was perfect. Close to the airport. Clean and well stocked. Alessio communicated with us from the beginning. The property exceeded our expectations! The setting is just beautiful. The property is very spacious with two large terraces, 2 beds, bathroom with washing machine, stocked kitchen and family room. Alessio was great at giving us timely information, allowed us to store our suitcases and even let us check-in early. He is a great host and had breakfast food and drinks ready for us, Netflix! and was able to arrange a taxi for us. He even had bikes we could use! The home was perfect for our one night stay prior to flying, but it was so wonderful, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxing and peaceful stay in Italy. I hope we return to stay a little longer!

We stayed one night at this apartment the night before we were to depart from the airport nearby. It's spacious and clean and so comfortable -- really, everything you could need. Highly recommended if you would like to be nearby Ostia Antica and the beaches and also the airport! We had spent a week in Rome prior, which was very crowded, so it was refreshing to be in this quiet pastoral setting. Note that it is quite rural, so it does help if you have a rental car. We were able to arrive by Roma Lido train line from Rome & then get a taxi, and took another taxi to the airport, but in order to get to the beach or to the historical sites like Ostia Antica a car is helpful. There are some restaurants and shops within about 15 minutes walking distance, though. The host, Alessio, was incredibly helpful, even arranging the airport taxi for us to make sure the taxi could find the address. 5 stars overall!

Die Wohnung ist schön und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie von 4 Personen. Die Lage ist ruhig trotz die Nähe am Flughafen. Die schöne Strände südlich von Ostia sowie im Norden sind einfach und schnell zu erreichein. Die U-Bahn Station EUR Magliana mit großem und günstigem Parkhaus ist 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Ein Highlight sind die Castelli Romani; Castel Gandolfo z.B. ist in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Plus ist das hervorragende Fischrestaurant 4112 das nur 1km entfernt ist.

Fantastic place!
Alessio welcome us in his very spacious and impeccable place! At only a few km from the airport, Alessio’s place is the perfect peaceful oasis before or after a long flight or after a long day visiting Rome. The grocery store is near buy and the kitchen is fully equipped,. You can either prepare your dinner or relax on one of the two terraces with a glass of good wine offered by Alissio, our so kind host! Arivederci Alissio!

Why would anyone not stay in this apartment when flying from Rome?! It is absolutely perfect! We stayed there before our morning flight and Alessio was so gracious! The apartment is large and well equipped, with parking , A/C, Netflix! We went to the beach during our last afternoon in Italy then we are at a nice restaurant recommended by Alesdio. Check out was easy and we drove 15 min to the airport! Will always stay there from now on when we fly from Rome!

The place is beautiful, fully furnished apartment with all the comforts. Location is great, it is very close to Ostia and the beaches. There is parking as promised in the gated complex. Alessio is very helpful even though we arrived at 10:00pm. He even had water, juice and croissants for us for breakfast. And a bottle of wine!!! The property is safe and well maintained. I would definitely revisit if I come back to Rome.

Great place to stay close to the airport
We stayed here on our last night in Italy before our flight back at Fiumicino Airport. The place has been renovated and is very clean, stylish and modern. It has all the amenities that we needed and Alessio was gracious enough to leave us water bottles, some snacks and even a bottle of wine which was very generous. There are two bedrooms, one with a large queen sized bed and the other with two single beds. The living room couch converts into a large sleeper as well. There is a large balcony which is great for it's tranquil views and to catch the evening breeze while enjoying dinner or some wine. Alessio arranged to have a taxi pick us up for the trip to the airport the next morning and we really appreciated it. A great place to stay with an amazing host. We will be staying here again.

Above & Beyond!
We could not have asked for more from Alessio for the last night of our trip! Communication from beginning to end was amazing. The stylish apartment was impeccably clean and the hospitality that Alessio provided to us was above and beyond. If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport, it is just a quick 15 minute drive to FCO. The property is gated with parking inside the gate. If you are on the fence about booking with Alessio, don't hesitate a second longer!
