I stayed in room 322. Cons: I can not believe I spent $140 for a night here. Why would you put the ice bucket in the bathroom? Touching a nasty drain plug? The AC sounds like a creepy creeking door closing of opening when it cycles off. The Elevator is supposed to be checked yearly and the last date of inspection was 10/23/22. Rusty lamps...horrible wifi and the TV during a movie would state "no wifi source" and no one at the front desk to check out. Pro: Close to Downtown Rome but off the path to make a walk there. Free breakfast that I would give a 5/10. Find another place. DO NOT waste your money!

Not a fan of breakfast options repeating 2 days in a row or the lack of refills when things were out. Front desk staff , 2 ladies, not too pleasant to speak with . Rooms were good. Tubs need refinishing but for 2 stars it was better than expected!

In general the property was old and worn. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great. Noticed a lot of needed repairs - bathroom curtain rod broken, carpet smelled and felt dirty, paint pealing, toilet dirty, towels smaller and worn. Breakfast wasn’t much because several pieces of equipment were broken.

It was clean enough, but really could use some renovation. Seams in carpet was coming apart, color schemes was '70s ish, breakfast was pretty limited. The best part, besides being pretty clean, was the TV. It was actually really clear and HD.

It looks like they have renovated the outside, but the inside looks like it has not been updated in quite some time. The outside is not very well lit, the parking lot has pretty good lighting though. When we came in the front door, there was no one at the front desk but a woman soon came out of a back room. She was not in the best of moods. At check out, there was just a box for me to put the keys in, no one was at the counter. The bedding and the towels were all clean. The room itself was pretty dusty, a lot of the outlet covers were coming off the wall and the USB ports available on the lamps did not work, also there was mold or mildew growing on the seal of the mini fridge. Luckily we were just there to sleep overnight.

There was no hot water apparently my entire stay and called front desk and they stated, yeah we are sorry, it’s been like this all night. the entire time. Arrived late. Took shower in the morning. No bath towels in the room. Had to go to office because they had no staff to deliver towels. I person was running everywhere. She had to manage the front desk, run in and cook items for breakfast bar. Make coffee. Run back to front desk. She tried.
