Very good hotel with good quality of service

Publié le 26 juin 2014 sur Hotels.com
Generally speaking, this hotel is very good. This hotel is 6 metro stations far away from Termini Train Station, and located in a resident area, which is not easy to find but it just need 10minutes walk to metro or bus station.

Brilliant Hotel in the suburbs of Rome

Publié le 1 avr. 2014
Les + : Nice place to go back to after a very tiring busy day sightseeing !!!
Les - : Outside areas ready for the beginning of the season !!! Weather was good for March but the terraces were not open..
We recently stayed in the hotel for 8 nights & had a brilliant time. The hotel is in a quiet suberb of Rome, a very short walk from the bus stop (X90 from Termini) and the underground (Conca Dor'O). The instructions given by the hotel of how to get there from the bus route were perfect - minutes walk. The hotel is modern, good sized rooms, high ceilings, very large comfortable beds, crisp, white linen and very large soft white towels, very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and brilliant breakfast included in the price. The area around the hotel has bars, shops restaurants, some on the way back from the tube and the others in the immediate vicinity. Recommend :- C1BO - Fashion /Burger/ Beer Bar, Montesacro, Viale Tirreno No 2, Roma Ilocal - just round the corner. Delicatessen round the corner with a cafe - brilliant evening meal - no menu - food kept coming - lots of fabulous italian tasters & wine. 3 Italian Restaurants on the main road back from the Tube All were local restaurants with very reasonably priced food & drink. All were surprised as we were the only English eating or drinking there but they were so friendly and accommodating.

Everything went well. My stay was very comfortable. The only negative I can say is, the shower in my room was tiny.

Close to public transport

Publié le 3 nov. 2013
Les + : wasnt too big more cosy
Les - : Rooms need updating eg grouting in tiles, walls freshened by painting. There were not enough power points in the rooms
Situation : close to shops and restaurants and buses, 10minute walk to metro
We were initially put in quite a small room especially w for 3 of us it was just too cosy. When we complained they did move us to a slightly bigger room. We would question wether it should really a 4 star rated

Lovely hotel with access to public transportation

Publié le 9 juil. 2013
Les + : The Staff and the building. The location. Parking available (not really possible with a hotel in the city)
Les - : invisible chairs in the room. Seriously. Clear chairs. Difficult to see - not difficult to miss (with a shin)
Situation : Not much in the immediate location - but good food recommendations within walking distance for non-tourist prices. Easy access to the city.
The staff at the ARS Hotel made our experience truly wonderful. The hotel itself is quiet, small, neatly done place in a nice suburban area with modern decoration and clean lines. The room itself was a bit small (what room in Rome isn't?) but pleasant. There is easy access to the bus (for less than 2 euros, the #60 bus will take you directly to Piazza Venezia), and to the train line. The staff were so kind and helpful, even with our gauche American ways. They never made us feel uncomfortable or out-of-place. Well done!

Not For Business

Publié le 23 juin 2013 sur Hotels.com
Really nice hotel. Nice design, nice terrasse for chilling. Not for business, that's inacceptable that there is no iron or laundery service. No restaurant (even you can call for a pizza). Desk for working not really adapted. Personnel is nice. Hotel is nice. Business service is poor.

A lovely hotel but far from where tourists in Rome would like to be. The hotel is nice, little and clean, as I like it, but too far from the center.

ARS hotel

Publié le 20 juin 2012
Les + : THe friendly and helpful staff
Les - : the beds were very hard
Situation : good location with easy access to central Rome
despite having to stay in another hotel the first night (which was very disappointing) our stay in the ARS hotel was wonderful. The staff were always friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and inviting. We shall definately recommend the ARS hotel to friends and family and should we go to Rome again will stay there again.

Far from all must-see sights

Publié le 3 mai 2012 sur Hotels.com
The hotel staff were friendly, they served complimentry breakfast, complimentry wired internet in all guest room but it is not sufficient for all guest in room so you should stay at reception hall to connect with wi fi complimentry internet service. Also they serve a shuttle service one way only to closest metro station (repuplica station) by advance reservation since the hotel is far from all must seen sights in rome.
