Was very disappointed that I had to be told after checking in that the pool was closed and no arrangements made for using the pool at another property. I specifically selected this property for the pool and because I prepaid I was unable to cancel and find another hotel even though I paid the normal rate for the hotel with all of its amenities. Needless to say we ended up renting a private pool from someone. Also there were gnats in the bathtub I had to wash them down the drain. I chose to just go ahead and find another place to stay was so disappointed.

The connection for the TV was kinda slow and you had to hold down the toilet handle for it to properly disappear 😭 lolll, other than that, pretty decent :) the man at the front desk was a little snippy with me but it was kinda late at night lol <3 also the toilet likes to scream from time to time 😂 8.5/10

DON’T book!!!! NASTY!
This place shouldn’t have the name MARRIOTT on it! I’m a very disappointed, I use Marriott’s because they are quality. This hotel will make me NEVER Book by name. Dirty, smoke alarm was ripped off wall. Large dogs not on leashes. Smells when you walk in. NEVER AGAIN!

Please know that if you witness guests breaking our pet policy in any way, you can always report that to our staff for follow-up. While our staff can't be everywhere and see everything that happens with pets when out of view of front desk, we do appreciate being told about it so we can resolve the issues, if needed. In regards to your room having an odor, I sincerely apologize as that is not at all typical of our guest rooms here. We clean all rooms with hospital-grade Ecolab cleaning products prior to guest arrival, but we apologize that your experience was less than satisfactory. All the best in your future travels.

Beer bottle in parking lot could have hurt us by stepping on it or car tire didn’t see it when we pulled in very dark. Staff never told us they do not clean rooms or bring in towels. We walked into our room first night and coffee table fell over it was not even glued or screwed in. After telling front desk said not their responsibility tomorrow would have them fix it. Came in 2 night still not fixed in our way too! No phone in room and our friends phone in room doesn’t work. Curtain is hanging broken at top where sun can come in.

OK stay
Our room was comfortable and clean, but a bit small. The breakfast was minimal and not hot. Part of the ice dispenser was broken and there was a broken table laying upside down in front of the ice dispenser.

They have an indoor pool. But it’s not heated. The pool was freezing cold. The indoor pool was the main reason we stayed here. But my family couldn’t even get in the pool.

We checked in about 9 pm, and the outside lights were not working. It was scary to park, check in, and bring in luggage. The staff explained that there was some kind of problem getting corporate to fix the light situation. We found it unacceptable. The staff was polite, our room was acceptable (the air conditioning unit was extremely loud) and the area was convenient to the highway. We might stay again when the lights are fixed.

The room we were in was exceptionally clean. However, the first room the toilet didn’t flush, so they moved us and the ac in the 2nd room was horribly loud. I did t request a room change since they had already changed us once, but I would definitely have someone look into it. The property and staff were excellent and we will definitely stay again when we travel to NWA

Had a great time in Rogers
Good stay, great location and convenient. Came for the Wal-Mart Music Pavillion, quick on and off. Close, but far enough away from the venue for a realaxing experience. Breakfast was typical, coffee could be better. The shower head and water pressure 5-stars, mattresses and pillows 5-stars! TV and WiFi has issues, but was there to rest.

Ancient elevator, mediocre room with a very loud air conditioner that woke us up multiple times in the night. I will say it was a clean hotel. Breakfast was bottom tier with a crowded and small dining area.

I give it a 4.5 the only reason why it’s not 5 is because the parking lot front entry could have used some good lighting. However they where doing upgrades so it might be installed soon - good place

They charge each day for you to park your car in their parking lot!😡. The breakfast was terrible. Juice was water since they couldn’t keep it filled. Ice machine on first floor was broken. Not an ideal vacation.
