only issue we had is nothing to do with motel, neighbors had several children that would not stay quite until 2am ...other than that I will be staying there everytime I head south and stop half way - very nice place

Stayed here twice and both times the coffee maker in the breakfast area was broken. You would think could even get an old fashioned coffee maker.

The porperty is not on very good shape. Staff is very friendly and they are pet friendly. But the rooms smell a lot and need attention.

I stayed here when it was new and it was clean, overpriced but clean. The rooms are now wprn. They are remodeling however, but youll navigate the constructions tools and debris. All that plus a not so great room and $170 is too much, especially without notice of the obstacle course that awaits and not so clean and modern room.

Hotel is under construction, didn't have a pleasant smell in hallways. Shower was leaky and the handle was damaged. Breakfast offering was poor. Staying for one night it was passable but would have not been happy if it was a multi-night experience.

Place was a dump. Filthy, room smell like dogs. Something broke in every room. AC/Heat unit didn’t work, bathroom had a water leak. Elevator and hallways filthy. Set you up for when you enter the room

The room was dated with evidence of needed maintenance. Staff attitude was “take it or leave it mentality. Shower water was cold and the bagged breakfast showed no effort to be creative. All sugar junk. Will pay the extra money next time.

At check in, the staff member did not greet us, just said “ name?”, with minimal eye contact. Our room had a fresh uncleaned stain on the carpet, lamps were covered in dust, and the refrigerator was not cleaned. Linens and towels were as they should be, however the presentation of room was not acceptable. I have no issue with an older hotel as long as it is clean.

We where not informed of the extensive renovation. Both elevators broke down and we were on the the 5 floor. We understand stuff happens, but not one word of apologies, or compensation. Plus breakfast was under cooked.

No sampoo. Unkind.gym belt rinning machine doesn't work at all.. Medium temperature water only. Terrible pet semll in the room. No coffee inthe morning .. I naver seen this kind of hotel in my 20years business trip

This is NOT a $250/night hotel. It's in a rural setting, not a nice downtown or high rent area. The bathroom was very dated with peeling paint, chipped tub. Daughter had no hot water for her shower. The free breakfast was poorly stocked and food that were supposed to be hot were not. Staff was unpleasant to deal with when trying to buy a soda. So I didn't bother saying anything about the breakfast.

I booked this hotel expecting that the name will be the same as my experience there. I was wrong lol. Beds are horrible.. I think I would be better if just sleeping in my car lol. Felt like the mattress is placed on a metal box that makes weird sounds when you move on the mattress.. When we came to check in first thing I asked is to have a non-smacking room. They said that it is a non-smoking facility so all rooms are non- smoking. I said great since I don’t smoke and I do not like that smell. When we got to the room first thing we realized that the room was definitely smoked in! Hotel was fully booked for the night and I was too tired from driving and didn’t go fight them.. in the morning we realized that their coffee machine was out of order. And since that machine is the only source of hot water out there I couldn’t even make myself a cup of tea. From previous reviews people left we found out that this machine wasn’t working for at least a week already. So we had to just leave and stop by for breakfast somewhere else even though breakfast was “included” so basically we paid for it when booked the hotel.

Horrible, la réceptionniste était tout mêlée. La chambre était au dernier étage et il y avait une infiltration d’eau dans le toit et le plafond dégoutait sur un des lits qui était mouillé.
