Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet établissement. J'y suis venu il y a 2 ans. J'ai apprécié le sérieux de la tenue de l'endroit. Il y a effectivement des interlocuteurs (réception, petit-déjeuner, problème relevant du bricolage). J'ai eu une poubelle vidée et des serviettes neuves chaque jour. Tout fonctionnait même si la prise de la lampe du fond était sortie du mur, et un abat-jour de lampe de chevet un peu cabossé. Je dors toujours avec des bouchons anti-bruits en hôtel aux Etats-unis. Si vous ne dormez pas ainsi, le bloc chauffage/climatisation, les conduites d'eau des voisins (sifflement aigu) et les portes qui claquent ou les voix parfois, peuvent vous déranger. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais possible. J'ai toutefois acheté mon jus d'orange pour la semaine (un tour chez Walmart et c'est réglé) parce qu'il n'y en avait pas à l'hôtel et que, de toutes façons, je ne prends que le meilleur. La TV fonctionnait et le lit était bon et très grand. Franchement, j'ai apprécié ce séjour.

Rooms stuff on walls, doors, and doorways. Burn holes on bed. Smoke smell even though it was non smoking. No hand soap in bathroom, and plumbing equipment broken. Continental breakfast al laugh. Coffee, cereal or waffle with spoiled fruit. No napkins so I asked and the gentleman tossed a box of tissues on my table. Please don’t go. Highway robbery for a dump

Breakfast was dismal since all that was offered was toast, cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, and a piece of fruit. No decaff tea. We went out for breakfast every morning of our stay. There are No Smoking signs on either side of the front door, yet the staff and guests stand next to these signs to smoke.

No explanation about down payments online until I arrived - they charged us the nights we planned sleep there not at the end of the last day

My Room was clean and comfortable... not too big, not too small... it had it all the right amenities I needed. And the bed was nice and comfortable with good linens and pillows. It was a good stay and the staff was friendly. This location is also quite good... lots of businesses around and only about 15mins from downtown. I recommend this hotel.

Really would have liked to have had adequate breakfast available. We know it was a busy time but if all your rooms were full at premimium rates, it would have been appreciated if you had adequate amount of juice and a working coffee machine. Had to go to front desk to obtain toilet paper for our room.

Staff was cordial. Breakfast was typical. Rooms were clean. What I didn't understand is that it is a "non-smoking" facility. Yet, due to the continuous smoking of marijuana being allowed in the rooms, not only did it fill the hallways, it came in to my room as well. It is supposed by those that don't engage in smoking, whether tobacco or other substance, that smoking would be prohibited. If not, it's good to know, so that I can filter out facilities that allow smoking.

Witnessed a woman being attacked right in the lobby of the hotel. It took police 20 minutes to arrive. Very disturbing that staff would allow such things to happen.

The room looked updated but, no hot water, safety latch broken, heater didn't work properly, breakfast items were stale, we booked for 2 nights but our cards were turned off after one and had to get cards reprogrammed, bottles in our shower were empty. We have stayed here a year ago but since then things have gone down hill. People at front desk were very friendly.

The bathroom ceilings are falling apart. the showers look like crap. Fix the wall papers and stop making it look like a dump. As often as I stay there, always issues with something.

Reason being for scores is room was very cold.Property had room temperature on a set mode.Meaning temperature in room wouldn’t go past 51 for room with temp being 18 degrees outside.Which had the floors in room freezing.Wood vinyl type material.Also room had no remote for tv.On top of it smoke detector chirped the entire time there due to dying batteries.Room’s next to me had guests going in and out all night with doors slamming.Won’t stay again.

The property and surrounding area was nice, quiet and safe. However, they ran out of juice, and caffeinated coffee for their complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and we had a king size bed but the bed was on a broken metal frame so every time you shifted in your sleep it was noisy and obnoxious. The shower had good water pressure but didn’t really have any hot water.
