"Résidence très (trop ) mal entretenue. Toiles d'araignées, mégots, poussières partout dans la résidence non nettoyés. Résidence en béton ou les bruits se propagent beaucoup. Dans l'appartement : Climatisation en panne pendant la canicule, lavabo bouché, Baie vitrée qui ne se verrouille pas, manque de vaisselle pour un appartement de six personnes, aurait besoin d'une rénovation ( mobilier et peintures )et d'un ménage fait à fond."

"We had a lovely stay at Carole and David’s gite. Very clean, very comfortable large bed and was nice to have the patio area to sit out in. An ideal place to stay with easy access to beaches and La Rochelle. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts."

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
