Great Relaxing Weekend
My wife and I went out to OK for a weekend to get away from the city and relax. This cabin was great and had everything you would need through out a weekend and was nice and clean. Easy 35-45 min drive into Broken Bow for lots of outdoor activities. Also a couple 5 min drives to camp grounds to have a fire, grill and watch the sunset by the lake.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in your cozy cabin. It was the perfect place to spend some quality time relaxing. The owner went out of her way to help us on the first day when we ran out of propone. We definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The cabin was a perfect little place for me and my husband for a weekend “reset” it was stocked with everything we needed. Great stay!
Great property. Incredibly clean and well equipped. Cabin was really comfortable which was welcome after 10 hours on the lake each day. I actually slept which is rare for me on the road. It was perfectly located for my needs this trip. I'll be back!

Nice country setting
We loved the cabin! Check in instructions were sent to us prior to getting there, so the process was seamless. The cabin was well equipped with just about everything from home, however, we would have used a toaster oven or air fryer if it would have been available. We both slept comfortably in the downstairs bedroom and loft bed area. The country setting made us feel right at home, and the weather was not too bad so we sat on the porch every day we were there. We enjoyed food up the road at Ringold Cafe for Friday supper and Monday breakfast and both meals were good. Very pleased with the cabin and had fun on our stay.

Jamie, thank you so much for your review. The toaster and air fryer are great suggestions, and I hadn't thought of either one, but I believe I'll add both! Thank you for suggesting them!

Quick getaway
Stayed here for a quick end of summer getaway with my 15 year old daughter for our annual dad/daughter trip. Property was clean and easy to find, check in was straight forward, and host had thoughtfully equipped the cabin with everything you could possibly need. My daughter loved the loft bed area that gave her privacy and her own space. We had wildlife right outside our front door (lots of deer and turkeys). The outside grilling space and fire pit were perfect for cooking dinner together and hanging out to talk. Fireflies were all around and put on a show every night for us. Location is just secluded enough to feel like you’re actually getting away but still close to everything we came to the area to do. Roughly 30-40 minutes from Beavers Bend park for fishing, swimming, hiking, etc and about the same for restaurants and shopping. Overall we had a great time and am so happy we stayed here.

Fabulous place to stay
I took my mother on this trip for Mother’s Day. We could not have loved the cabin more. I was looking for something that suited her style and this hit all the marks. Now she wants one to live in. We had such a fun time. Steaks on the grill one night and dinner outside and breakfast at the cafe one morning. It is so peaceful and dark. Really dark. The cabin is stocked with everything you need. Kim did a fabulous job with everything in the cabin. My communications with her were very timely and gave me the information I needed. Be sure and follow her directions. They are very good. Quiet, cozy & clean
This affordable cabin in Ringold, OK has it all. Close to Beaver's Bend State Park, this hidden gem is sure to get you under the stars and roasting s'mores fireside. The cabin is designed with all your basic needs in mind. Come prepared to relax and have fun and be sure to stop at the Ringold Cafe for coffee and pie, or something else tasty to eat.

Nice cabin with a great setup
This property was very nice. The cabin is very well setup. It seems like everything has been thought of, tables by the bed with lights, fold up hangers, a rack for coats, a water hose with spray to put out the fire at night, etc. Loved this place.

We was welcomed with a yummy chocolate pie in fridge. The cabin was wonderful! A storm rolled in one night and we played Uno while listening to the rain hit the tin roof. Was really peaceful. Coffee on the porch will relax your mind and soul. You must eat at the Ringold cafe’. And stop into the General store next to cafe’. It will take you back to a simpler time with polite, friendly people. Will definatly be back. .

Amazing little cabin with peace and quiet! Close enough to Hochatown to enjoy beavers bend and then go back to the cabin for a relaxing evening by the fire. Cabin was perfect size for my little family. Host was so sweet and the family diner had the best home cooked breakfast!

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Fishful Thinking. The area is so peaceful! The cabin was so clean and quant. The chocolate pie was such a special touch from the property owner! We loved watching the deer graze each morning and evening. The road was perfect for runners like us and we enjoyed our morning runs while there. We traveled to Hochatown each day to explore, we highly recommend Grateful Head pizza and if you love chocolate chip pancakes like I do Shady Oaks had the best I’ve ever eaten! In Broken Bow, we picked up dinner from Mt. Fork Cantina and it was fast and delicious! We will definitely make this an annual trip.

Amazing and Peaceful
We had no problem finding this sweet little place! There was a cafe and store within walking distance, but still peaceful and quiet. We did drive around exploring and it didn't take us long to get there. The place was clean and cute, plus we had a yummy chocolate pie in our fridge! The fridge had supplies in it as well as the cupboards. We definitely plan to go back sometime!!

Great Tiny Home
Stayed two days with my son. More than enough space. Loved the fire pit and the grill. The living room was a great place to watch movies and talk. We also really enjoyed going on walks outside of the house.

My husband, 2yo daughter, and I stayed in the area for a family reunion at the lake. It was 10 minutes from the lake camp ground. The cabin had everything you would need. Outdoor grill, firepit and chairs, fridge, hotplate, coffee pot, etc. The manager even left us a PIE from the Ringgold Cafe!! The fridge had basic condiments incase you forgot anything. The beds were comfy and the AC was cold. I would highly recommend the stay.

We had a fabulous time at the property! Exactly the right cabin for us. My husband and son enjoyed fishing at Broken Bow and I stayed to quilt! Just perfect for a little retreat from our normal routines. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the deer across in the field. Clean, and everything we needed. Great mattresses and pillows. Plenty of towels, coffee and other kitchen items. The chocolate pie was a very nice treat too!

This cabin is truly amazing and Kim is the best! The location is beautiful and peaceful. We were able to see some wild life creatures from the porch! The inside of the cabin is beautiful and very well kept! We were welcomed with a little homemade pie from the cafe that’s on the property. Delicious! This place truly felt like it was home away from home! Will definitely be booking again.

We really enjoyed staying at Kim's place. It was a very quiet place where we had everything we needed for our family of four. Kim was very attentive whenever we got in touch with her and was a great host. Our kids loved the place and they loved being able to see Deer from the property and hear the bullfrogs from the pond. We brought our telescope and it was the perfect place to see the Full Moon and the stars. It is a great and quiet place to come back to after spending the day at Beavers Bend and Hochatown. We recommend this place 100%.
