Tres beau sejour à Rimini chez Angela
Superbe séjour chez Angela, l'appartement est tres propre et extrêmement bien situé à deux pas du centre historique de Rimini et quelques minutes de la plage. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme propice au grasse matinée, seul le chant des tourterelles peut vous faire entrouvrir les yeux.... Angela est une hôte très attentionnée qui en plus de nous offrir un panier garni, nous a transmis de nombreuses idées de sorties. Si vous souhaitez passer un séjour agréable à rimini, n'hésitez pas à contacter Angela.

An alles gedacht
Unser Aufenthalt bei überwiegend überraschend kaltem Wetter war sehr angenehm: die Wohnung ist hell und groß und sie hatte eine gute richtige Heizung. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin hat alle Wünsche eines Mieters sorgfältig bedacht - danke!: ein Rotwein und ein Bier für den Start, Kaffee für die ersten Tage, Busfahrkarte, Mülltrennung mit Wandschild, zweiter Schlüssel, Prospekte in mehreren Sprachen, Fahrradgarage undundund - alles einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig, Innenstadt und Gastronomieviertel via Park sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus und hätten das wohl täglich wieder gekonnt, wenn wir das Auto bewegt hätten. Die Freisitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon ist etwas beengt - aber bei schönerem Wetter hätten wir wohl den Esstisch bei geöffneter Balkontür ganz an den Balkonrand gestellt und auch das wäre angenehm geworden.

The apartment is located perfectly close to the ancient city center, very quiet and safe. It is excellently equipped, bright and convenient. The host is very nice, friendly and supportive. During our stay we had a little issue with the varying warm water system.

Entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub
Großartig. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren, gab es nirgends Stress, aber trotzdem noch genügend Angebote. Wir hatten aber auch Glück mit dem Wetter 🌝 Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Jederzeit wieder!

Vielen lieben Dank an die super freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir Familie mit zwei Kindern 6 und 8 haben eine tolle Zeit in Rimini gehabt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so im Alltag braucht! Schöne ruhige Gegend, zu Fuß konnten wir alles erreichen, Altstadt, Strand, wunderschönen Park in der Nähe und und und … Vielen Dank an Angela Wir kommen wieder!

Super sauber
Was uns zuerst aufgefallen ist: wie unheimlich sauber die Wohnung ist. So eine saubere Wohnung haben wir in den ganzen Jahren noch nicht gesehen, Es steht nix rum und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Der Park in der Nähe ist klasse, weil man dort schön Joggen gehen kann. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Innenstadt lädt dazu ein, zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und professionell. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Ottimo soggiorno
Abbiamo affittato casa per un congresso a Rimini con la famiglia. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa. Tenuta molto bene. La signora Angela è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Per i bimbi ha portato dei giochi e dei libri e a loro a fatto molto piacere! Grazie Angela!

We have just returned from our two week family holiday and it was one of the best yet! The apartment was like a home from home. Angela is the most generous and kind host we have ever met! Nothing was too much trouble and everything about the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious, light bright and airy. It is modern and is very well equipped with everything you might need and full of other things that you probably wont need, but are there just in case! The apartment is very comfortable, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Angela ensured we had all the information we needed for places to visit, transport links and local events. The kitchen message board even had details of all the events that we on in Rimini during our two week visit. Having arrived fairly late in the evening after a long journey with two children it was amazingly kind and generous of Angela to meet us at the train station and take us back to the apartment, where there were some cold beverages and other goodies awaiting us! The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood (with very friendly neighbours) and only a short walk into the centre. There is free transport to the beach, however, we enjoyed walking via the park and along the canal and walking through the centre and along the walking and cycle path which only takes about 20 minutes. We can not recommend this apartment highly enough. It was just perfect for us and made our holiday one of the best we've had.

Fabulous apartment and hostess
We stayed five nights during the second week of June, and it wasn't long enough. The apartment had all the comforts of home. Angela was responsive, answered all of our questions, and gave a very complete rundown of Rimini. Parking was no problem, and it was an easy in and out in order to visit nearby towns. Rimini is a gem: the residents appeared very happy and presented a positive attitude toward visitors. It's a very lively town with many excellent restaurants and interesting sights. We loved our stay here, and highly recommend Angela's apartment in wonderful Rimini. We will be back!

Wonderful stay
Anjela made us feel welcome in her apartment. It was clean, had all the necessary gadgets, even washing powder and softener for the washing machine. All the appliances had detailed operation instructions, there were all the necessary kitchen utensils, a parking space in front of the house, beds were firm and comfortable. She was generous to have left us 2 bottles of water, beer in the fridge and a panettone for Easter. The best host you can imagine! We would definitely recommend any of her apartments, as we are confident that all of them are perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the street noise but she is probably forbidden to install double glazing, as this is an ancient property.

I am very pleased that you have appreciated the beauty and the equipment of the apartment on the canal. I am also happy about your appreciation of my hospitality, thank you very much. The property where the apartment on the canal is located dates back to the 1800s and is subject to constraints so it is not easy to replace the fixtures with other more technological and sound-absorbing ones, as you have rightly guessed. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rimini und in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien. Für die Kinder gibt es ausreichend Spielzeug (sogar Strandspielzeug ist vorhanden). Angela ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns schon vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts sehr gut informiert. Vielen Dank. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay!
We couldn’t say enough how much we appreciated Angela’s hospitality! We have had a wonderful stay in Rimini and explored the beautiful town, which will always be in our favorite memories. We know this would not be true without Angela and the little sanctuary she provided to us. Angela’s place is very tidy and has everything we need. We were able to cook dinners and prepared comfy breakfast. We also did laundry and air dried our clothes in the warm sun. We felt at home. We were able to recuperate in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is ver residential, 5min walking to grocery store, 2min walk to the park. Our 9yo twins loved the play ground there. Angela picked us up from train station, showed us her apartment and gave us many good suggestions of getting around in the town. We walked to the beautiful beach in 20min, felt the warm Adriatic Sea. From our passports, she noticed that our twins’ birthday was coming up during our stay. She brought yummy sweets outside the door on the day of the birthday. That made us feel so touched. Thank you so much Angela, for being so kind. Rimini is one of our favorite cities in the world now! We definitely highly recommend Angela’s place!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt
Kurz gesagt, alles war perfekt. Von Anfang an gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation per eMail. Die Vermieterin war bereits bei der Vorbereitungen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wollten vor Ort 2 Motorroller mieten und konnten das im Internet leider buchen. Sie hat für uns eine Vermietung gesucht und die Roller reserviert. Für diese großartige Hilfsbereitschaft wollen wir uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal ausdrücklich bedanken. Die Check in und Check out Zeiten haben wir per WhatsApp vereinbart. Super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man während des Aufenthalts benötigt. Sehr angenehm ist, dass Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden sind. Getränke und Snacks für den ersten Abend waren auch bereits vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit vielen Informationen zur Stadt und Veranstaltungen versorgt. Wir sind sehr froh diese Wohnung und diese tolle Gastgeberin gefunden zu haben. Ingesamt ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin

Excellent Property!
We found Angela’s property to be perfect in every way. It was very clean, had all the amenities one would want and was in a great quiet location. You can definitely explore the city on foot from her apartment. Angela was very quick to respond to questions pre-booking and answered any we had once we arrived. She took the time to show us maps of interesting places to visit both within the city and the surrounding area. The gelato place was a particular hit with us after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the hospitality we received from Angela and the accommodations she provided. Truly warranting the 5 star rating we gave. Sehr wohlgefühlt!
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Sehr angenehm war u.a. , dass man selbst keine Bettwäsche, Bade-, Hand-, Küchen- und Strandtücher mitbringen musste. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und versorgte uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen zu Events in Rimini, Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten Lokalitäten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely apartment in great lication
Angela is a great host. The apartment is bigger than it looks on the photos. She has thought of everything one might need , right down to sellotape and a repair kit. Lovely linen and towels. Location is great, walk to beach is around 20 to 30 mins,excellent location for culture and great local bars and restaurants. We've stayed in three Home Away properties this is by far the best. We will definitely return

Very nice spacious and well equipped apartment in good location .
The owner Anghela takes a pride in the apartment which is very roomy in excellent condition and very well equipped.The apartment is a short walk to the the attractions of the old town where there are several points of interest and loads of restaurants,bars,and coffee shops .We were provided with a very welcome grocery pack and collected from and returned to the station by the very helpful and friendly owner.Would definitely recommend.

I was glad to meet Charles and Rose: very kind and polite, they kept the apartment clean and tidy, with respect for house rules; there was good communication among us, and I was pleased to hear they appreciated Rimini, its atmosphere and its people, (despite the weather) and I do hope to meet them again!

Che bella vacanza dalla casa di Angela
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in Via Duca degli Abruzzi a Rimini! Ci siamo sentiti cosi bene giá dall´inizio, grazie alla accoglienza gentilissima di Angela. Ci ha offerto la sua grazioso appartamento fornito di tutto per rendere la nostra sosta comodo e farci sentire come a casa nostra - non da dimenticare che tutto era in perfetto ordine e la casa pulitissimo e accogliente. Sopratutto abbiamo goduto la possibilita di muoverci dappertutto in bicicletta. Da danesi siamo abituati ad andare in bici, era bello di poter´ fare le spese senza difficoltá, bello di andare al mare e godere i bei parchi senza di essere costretti sempre a prendere la macchina e cercare posto per parcheggiare. L´entroterra di Rimini é molto bella ed interessante, e cosí abbiamo fatto qualche giro in macchina secondo la collezione di depliant che si trova giá nell´appartamento. Non abbiamo neanche dovuto cercarli al informazione turistico prima di andarci - un esempio della grande premura che abbiamo sentito in tutto! Grazie infinite Angela - sei una ostessa perfetta! Appartamento molto attrezzato
Appartamento ampio e piacevole, sembra di stare a casa. Attrezzato in tutto e per tutto, la posizione è veramente ottimale, 10 minuti a piedi dai punti di interesse di più utilità, centro storico, parco, supermercato, bar...ecc. e 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Se dovessi tornare a Rimini sceglierei di sicuro questo appartamento, in quanto la proprietaria è davvero una persona squisita, disponibile e gentile.

Rimini im Winter, perfekte Ferienwohnung, zentrumsnah
Wir wurden von Angela, der Vermieterin, schon vor Reiseantritt ausgezeichnet über Rimini und mögliche Aktivitäten zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr informiert. Diese Informationen wurden bei Ankunft noch verfeinert. Angela hat bei unserer Ankunft schon auf uns gewartet, der Empfang war sehr nett. Uns wurden in der Wohnung alle Details gezeigt. Angela hat eine sehr ausführliche Liste zu Restaurantempfehlungen zusammengestellt. Ganz toll war, dass für die ersten Tage schon eingekauft war: Milch, Kaffee, Müsli, Nudeln, Saft, etc. Die Küche bietet alle Utensilien, um selbst zu kochen. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an Riminis Zentrum und der Tiberiusbrücke. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Angela ist eine tolle, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. All Ihre Empfehlungen (auch für Sylvester-Aktivitäten). Wir hatten einen supertollen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment und die Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

A lovely apartment with a friendly owner
The apartment was spacious,bright and airy and spotlessly clean. The rooms were of a good size and nicely done up. There was a fully equipped kitchen with a large selection of pots and pans. What made our stay special was all the little touches that Angela had put in place to make us feel especially welcome. She was a very friendly owner and extremely helpful. Location wise it is about a 10 minute walk into the town through a park. We did walk to the beach once on our first day, but it was quite a trek. After that we borrowed bicycles from Angela (freely available in the garage) and rode to the beach. Rimini is a very bike friendly town and there is a good network of cycle paths; in fact you hardly need to ride on the road at all. Overall we had a lovely stay here

Meine Frau, die zwei Kinder und ich haben im Juli 2 Wochen bei Angela verbracht und die Zeichen für die Bewertung hier werden wahrscheinlich nicht reichen, um genau zu beschreiben, wie toll alles für uns war. Beginnend vom Kontakt während der Buchung. Super nett, hilfsbereit und voller Vorabinfos. Ankommen: da wir an einem Samstag gegen 17-18 Uhr angekommen sind, hatte Angela schon vorab was kleines gekauft - Milch für die Kids, Bier, Müsli , Obst etc. damit wenn wir es nicht schaffen einzukaufen und müde zum Ausgehen sind, auch was zum Naschen haben. Einmalig. Schnell wurden wir in die Wohnung eingeführt. Die Wohnung war sauber und schon aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen draussen vorgekühlt über die Klimaanlage. Ganz angenehm. Aufenthalt: Immer wieder mit Tipps und auf jede Frage dabei die Angela. Gastfreundschaft ist das Eine, wir glauben bloss, dass die Angela auch so ein Mensch von Natur her ist. Sie gibt einem so ein besonderes Wohlgefühl in dem Umgang miteinander und lässt einen sich wirklich im Urlaub fühlen. Ansonsten mittwochs und samstags werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Lage: ganz nah am Riminis Zentrum und der Tiberiusbrücke. Zwei Minuen Fussweg zum Park. Mit dem Auto sind es (aufgrund von Strassenbauten, in der Zeit wo wir da waren) ca 5-6 Minuten bis zum Strand (Teil 6-7). Dort gibt es zwar Parkplätze frei, man müsste aber relativ früh dran sein. Ansonsten normal gegen Gebühr parken. Bestes Verkehrsmittel in Rimini ist aber das Fahrrad. Auch das steht einem bei Angela frei zur Verfügung. Unsere Kids können noch kein Fahrrad fahren, aber es gäbe auch für die Kids Fahrräder. Für die Kids gabs auch Spielwaren, die man auch mitnutzen kann. Traum. Man kann vor dem Haus parken, Garage wäre auch da. Wir haben aber auf der Strasse geparkt. Gar kein Problem, wenn man flexibel ist. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so wie die ganze Wohnung an sich. Wir kochen gern und kamen natürlich auf unsere Kosten. Ganz toll. Also alles in allem wurden wir super aufgenommen und sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angela gehabt. Deswegen aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Weekend intenso in un appartamento confortevole
Ho alloggiato presso l'appartamento della signora Angela per tre notti durante un weekend di giugno, assieme ad un mia amica. La permanenza a Rimini è stata molto stancante, ma la proprietaria dell'appartamento ha fatto di tutto per renderla più piacevole e agevole possibile. Dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento della nostra partenza la signora Angela o semplicemente Angela, come preferisce essere chiamata, è stata di una gentilezza quasi imbarazzante (e se lo hanno pensato due meridionali doc, potete crederci). Piera ed io siamo arrivate a Rimini il 22 giugno in orari diversi, destinazione: Palacongressi di Rimini per il Web Marketing Festival. Nonostante gli orari di arrivo diversi, Angela è venuta a prendere entrambe in stazione, ci ha accompagnate a casa, ha atteso che ci dessimo una rinfrescata e ci ha portate in Fiera. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, soprattutto per il caldo. L'appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort, si trova in una zona adiacente al centro storico, in una via residenziale, molto silenziosa e tranquilla dove si trova facilmente parcheggio: lontana dai rumori della città, quindi perfetta per le famiglie. Angela, oltre ad essere una bravissima padrona di casa, ci ha anche fornito molto gentilmente informazioni sugli eventi in città e sulle interruzioni dei treni per il ritorno. A casa la notte faceva un po' caldo, ma con l'aria condizionata abbiamo risolto ogni nostro problema. Il bagno è dotato di un set cortesia e asciugamani in abbondanza. La cucina, abitabile, è moderna ed accessoriata. Non è stato necessario acquistare nulla per la prima colazione perché abbiamo trovato biscotti, yogurt, succhi di frutta, acqua, caffè e snack vari. Inutile dire che la casa di Angela è pulitissima ed in perfetto ordine! Per muoverci in città Angela ci ha messo a disposizione gratuitamente le sue bici. Purtroppo le abbiamo sfruttate solo una volta per il troppo caldo. In ogni caso è il mezzo più consigliato per muoversi. Durante i tre giorni a Rimini Angela ci ha dato info utili per rendere più piacevole possibile la nostra permanenza. Al termine del nostro soggiorno ci è venuta a prendere e ci ha accompagnato entrambe in stazione. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per brevi e lunghi soggiorni.

Mariarita, è stato un vero piacere conoscere te e Piera e avervi come mie ospiti! Ho apprezzato molto la vostra gentilezza, la cura e il rispetto per la casa, la serietà e l'impegno che dedicate al vostro lavoro. Fantastic location!!!!
Angela is a GREAT host and more. She provided everything we needed to have a GREAT weekend holiday. The villa is spacious and well maintained. To top it off we were able to enjoy "La Notta Rosa". We definitely recommend Angela's villa for a holiday!!!! K and J from USA!!!
