Nous avons attendu presque 20 minutes à l'accueil (21h45) pour être servi. Une fois à la chambre nous avions des questions pour le sofa-lit et nous nous sentions mal car nous semblions "déranger" la dame de la réception. Aussi, la chambre était décevante par rapport aux autres de la chaine que nous avons vu au cours des dernières semaines.

It was quiet and peaceful. About a 12 minute drive to vcu and the surrounding areas, and 15 minutes to short pump. It was perfectly positioned, tucked away, and the staff were very kind. I was there on vacation with my partner and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We were in town for a wedding. When we returned to the hotel exhausted after a day of traveling and attending said wedding at 11pm, I was not expecting there to be children literally running everywhere. The floors were wet in the hallway and elevator from them playing in the pool then running the hallways. Then they were running races up and down the hallway our room was on. Hotel staff was no where in sight.

We were considering cancelling our reservation due to all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a shot before we did so. Some people said it was in a shady part of town, but really it's just located in a lot of urban sprawl. Not super beautiful, but not unsafe either. For the price, it was fine. Pool was open 6am - 10pm, breakfast was open from 7-10, and check out wasn't until 12. Parking was slightly limited, but the front desk would work with you if you couldn't find a spot. Overall, fine, nothing super exciting, but served it's purpose for our family of 4. Everyone who worked there was particularly pleasant and accommodating.

I found ants in my bed in my room and the manager was not very accommodating when I ask to check out early formal from a 3 night stay. They gave me another room but I still did not feel comfortable there.

The front staff and cleaning staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. However, once checked into our room, there was trash in several trash, cans and melted food in the microwave. Part of the floor were sticky. Wish the water was more than lukewarm for showers, but it did the trick. The microwave and refrigerator in the rooms are a nice touch. However, the pool size was less than convenient and very busy the entire stay.

I liked the fact that it was easy off and on to highways...lots of food options close by....some were within walking distance....I just wish there could have been some bacon offered for breakfast instead of sausage both days

Front desk check in, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up and she wasn’t very friendly… first floor room very noisy, we heard everyone and everything!

Staff very nice and friendly. Room noisy,next to icemaker. Fire alarm above bed, blinking constantly. Food not hot. Waffel maker great asset.Only skim milk for cereal. Pool needs resurfacing. Pillows need replacing.

DON’T STAY HERE! This was the worst hotel stay I have had in my life. We woke up to discover that we had no vehicle to put all of our five children and belongings in. Apparently, we parked one space too far in the wrong direction and we could not get our car until 11 o’clock. We weren’t even sure if it was stolen or towed. My husband parked in a spot that was only separated by a small medium. After staying an extra three hours I discovered that there are less parking spots than rooms that they have. In addition, they share the parking lot with the building next-door to them so there is no way that everyone would get a parking spot. The other building that the owner of the hotel owns is under construction, so there is no parking there either. The signs indicating tow-away zone were taken down and aren’t even near where we had parked. There is no indication that we would be towed. When my husband went by TAXI to get our car there was another person from the hotel. They tried to charge an extra $40 on top of what was originally quoted for the towing fee. Very shady people and it’s definitely a business that they have going based on lack of parking spots. The receptionist even admitted it was a business. Disgusting exploitation of of tourists and people travelling with families.

Last minute booking was easy. The room had mold in the bedroom. The shower could’ve been a little cleaner, noted mold built up in the corners of the tub. Stains on the couch. The breakfast was cleaned up by 9:30. It was fine for an affordable place to stay for a night.

We had an awesome stay. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would stay here again myself.
