« Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

« Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. « We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. « I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great! »

The bedspread and floor mats were pretty dirty, you could tell they were just vacuumed and not washed between guests. The towels also smelled mildewy, they were washed but maybe not dried properly. »

« This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️ »

« The Nest is located in a lovely part of Charlestown and has easy access to many of the popular sites (Narragansett, Newport, Kingston, Mystic CT). Our hosts, Melissa and Eric, were welcoming, checking in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, welcoming, and a restorative place. There was not a single amenty that wasn’t intentionally considered in advance. The only word that comes to mind that could capture our experience at the Nest is magical....
