Les + : The convenient to facilities within the area, room was enjoyable, pool, breakfast.
Les - : The bathroom could use a vanity for more space and attendant information regarding good eating establishment' s time frames need more awareness.
Our stay at this establishment was quite comfortable and pleasant would hope that future stays in the area, this establishment would be favorable if we returned.

Close to Bethany Beach

Les + : Walking distance to Bethany Beach, but the shopping and meals is farther away. Downtown Bethany is about 6 or 7 miles south.
Les - : Furniture needs to be updated. The room smelled slighty stale. The hotel non-smoking now, but the room may have been smoking in the past.
Situation : Bethany Beach, but otherwise, driving is required.
The hotel address is in Rehoboth, but it's actually closer to beach assess in Bethany Beach. This section of the beach was less crowded, than the downtown area. The hotel lobby has been upgraded, but the room furniture is a mix match. I had a king bed which was comfortable, but the coach was from another era. However, the room was clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, and the towels were very soft. There small area in the sitting area for a microwave and mid-size refrigerator which was nice. However, the television is in front of the bed, so it had to be turned side sideways to be seen from the coach. The breakfast included fake eggs which were not tasteful. There is an indoor pool which I did not use. Overall, it was fine for 2 nights and for the price.

Nice hotel and was close to the beach

Les + : Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed.
Les - : Carpet needs updating
Situation : Enjoyed the boardwalk which was 10 minutes away and also walks on the beach. Several restaurants are also very close by.
The manager, NUH TEKMEN, and all the staff members went out of their way to make our stay memorable and comfortable and I would go back to visit again.

Comfortable and Friendly Accommodations

We really enjoy staying at this hotel when we are in Rehoboth Beach. The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to eating places, shopping and the beach. We will continue to stay there whenever in the area.

One of the better places to stay at the beach!

Les + : Close to everything and walking distance to Dewey. Love the breakfast too!
Les - : upgrade the bathrooms
Situation : beach, boardwalk, outlet shopping, tons of dinner options, bars and much much more!
always friendly staff, clean room and very accomodating.

cold rooms and no power .

Les + : hotel staff was nice and room was clean.
Les - : the heat
Situation : i know the area very well and would of stayed there again but not when heats not working!!
my 1 st room after checking in was freezing and heat didnt work,!!!!then got moved to 2nd room wasnt much better. my girlfriend wasnt happy and niether was i.yhen in morning electric goes out twice. i run a car service and recommend hotels to my clients . lets say i wont being doing that anymore.i wont stay there again being i paid 86.00 for a frozen girlfriend.

Good for price!

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel hallways were cold and the elevator was very slow. We also had rude people staying in the room beside us that decided it was okay to blast music, but luckily the front desk made them turn it down within minutes of us complaining.
