We spent one night and had a very nice experience. We loved the partial ocean view and sound of the ocean all night long! The furniture and art is a little dated, but it was a great place to stay for the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The parking garage is rather small. We did find a spot after a few hrs. Luckily we could park on the road. The room was nice. It said ocean view, and was a side view. It was still pretty. There was a wedding, so the price was much higher than most days. Great location.

The description of the room views are confusing. I thought i had booked an ocean front room. When i checked in i was given an ocean view room. Calling it an ocean view was a stretch… the balconies all faced a courtyard facing another building with balconies.. and you had to lean over and look to the right to get a partial view of the ocean. I was able to do an “upgrade “ To an ocean front room for an additional fee. The person at the front desk said that previous guests were also confused with the view descriptions when booking. I was only able to do the upgrade because it was the beginning of may … preseason. The up grade was well worth it.. the view was fantastic! The hallway to the rooms are partially open air on one side and the doors to the rooms face an alley way … if you looked down there was garbage all over the ground. The room doors also directly face the back of an old building and what looks like a rusted out old air conditioning roof unit. The parking garage was tight parking due to the large cement support columns. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no breakfast offered. The closest restaurants start at Rehoboth Avenue. The hotel was quiet for the most part.. except you definitely hear the nearby room doors slamming when guests are going in and out of their rooms.

We had a corner, ocean front king room. The view was great. The room was quiet. Found the room a bit sparsely furnished. One comfortable chair. No table. Could use ottoman as chair, but no back. Room looked spacious, but there was little furniture. Suspect it was a little smaller square footage wise. Two person only.

So the property is actually pretty great i stayed for 5 nights my friend had an emergency and the staff are so amazing all of them they all were so helpful and understanding. The room was great for me and my buddy . I will say when it says ocean view its partial ocean view but it was great everything was clean and once again the staff went above and beyond. Great view , really great parking , it was just all around the best place for us to stay i have stayed many places but this was great . Ashley at the front desk really i have to shout her out she helped me and my friend so much shes amazing you all are and i will be back very soon .

Property was right on the ocean. I paid for a room with a premium ocean view but it was actually only visible from the deck and you had to look sideways. It seemed like there were lot of vacancies theree but I did not ask to be moved because it was only one night.

Wonderfully helpful front desk person. Offered restaurant advice and other local tidbits. Gave us plenty of kurig capsules. Unfortunately the coffee machine did not work. Shower water was hot but weak flow. Room was clean but cooling unit noisy. Great location on boardwalk and given kind staff willlikely try again.

Our 1st stay was in an oceanfront while they were remodeling, but the awesome view made up for the noise. This time we stayed in an ocean view with no power tools to be heard and love that its right on the boards. So the minor things we did notice isn't worth writing about. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We'll stay again.

Had a view of the ocean and could hear the waves from our room which we liked. It is close to lots of dining options by walking which we took advantage of. The coffee in the room was good, beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. The only negative I saw was the stair wells could be cleaner.

Went for spring break, hotel was not up and running well yet for the season. Issues with computers systems, my account triple charged initially, could not find my reservation initially, issues with magnetic card locks, used an actual key and only one for the 4 of us. And only one elevator in working order, with a slight 2 hour time frame of no elevators making us use the stairs. By the way we were on the 6th floor. Staff was accommodating and they worked to fix issues quickly.

Nice location, decent hotel but fruadulent room pictures. The reality was not even close to the actual room. The Hotel Manager must be used to complaints, given his passive aggressive attitude about the issue.
