« We had a great stay at this wine country home. The owner was helpful and the home was great for my whole family, 6 adults and 2 children. There was a barbecue that we could use which worked out great with traveling with 2 young children. The location was great for getting to markets, downtown Solvang, wineries, and Los Olivos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space. »

« I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. « I’m hesitant to review this because then everybody will want to come to this property. But I got to tell you it was one of the most incredible travel experiences we’ve ever had. We don’t usually do too many rentals because of the issues and fees, etc., but this one was special and the hosts Nancy and James were two of the most, incredible people that we’ve encountered. « We had a great weekend at the house and enjoyed our time in Santa Barbara! As the reviews say, the kitchen is pretty minimal. The coffee pot needs to be cleaned, could use more towels in kitchen and bathrooms, and there was trash outside/leaves all over the patio. All in all would stay here again! »
