« Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. Some showers are located outside...

« Nous avons eu divers problèmes d'entretien, le portail est tombé en panne à plusieurs reprises et nous sommes rentrés bloqué la nuit à l'extérieur plus de 2h, également bloqués à l'intérieur plusieurs fois. Le moteur de la piscine ne fonctionnait presque jamais donc le jaccouzi non plus !!! Les réponses à nos problèmes ont été très longues. Etc... Heureusement que le lieu était très beau, la villa vraiment un peu vétuste et mal entretenu. Cordialement »

« I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested »

« Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut. Ist etwas abgelegen. Ein Auto oder Roller,werden auf jeden Fall benötigt. Strand ist zum Baden nicht geeignet. Im haus ist alles vorhanden mit einer super Ausstattung. Leider waren die Stromkosten mit 4 Personen für 10 Tage huntert und zwanzig Euro, was viel zu teuer ist. Klimaanlage ist nur nachts zum Schlafen auf 26Grad gelaufen. »

« We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks! »
