Hôtel vieillissant
Hôtel bien situé face à la plage ,mais vieillissant. L ascenseur ne va qu au sixième étage et après il faut finir avec les escaliers. L accueil est très moyen. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et copieux.Le bar de l hôtel est top avec une très belle vue. Les transats au bord de la piscine ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement. Globalement, un bel hôtel mais pas un cinq étoiles et un rapport qualité prix très élevé.

Best hotel we experienced
Our most wonderful stay in Thailand. The staff is super nice and helpful and we loved the fact they think about everything you need (you can ask and get for free for mask, tuba, kayak, beach towel, …). The room was perfect, very high standard of comfort, cleanliness and little extras making your stay special (like fruits, flowers, …) and a magnificent view on the beach. The breakfast is the best we ever experienced (even outside of Thailand), there is literally everything you can wish for with a great selection of products. Bar and restaurants are expensive (for Thailand standards) but really good as well.

Hotel incroyable!
Expérience exceptionnelle! Nous avons passé une semaine en couple dans un chambre avec le lit sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses, très bien décorées. Le lit est immense et très confortable. La vue mer depuis la chambre est incroyable. Hotel intimiste, on ne se rend pas vraiment compte de la taille de l'hotel. La salle de sport est très bien équipée, avec de grandes vitrées orientées sur la mer. La piscine est agréable et les transats sont très confortables. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité (produits frais, beaucoup de choix, cuisine traditionnelle et européenne, cuisiniers qui préparent différentes recettes à base d'oeufs...). Petit bémol pour les jus de fruits qui ne sont pas frais... Le personnel est toujours disponible, gentil, souriant. Le service est top, jusqu'aux corbeilles de fruits et fontaines d'eau fraiche à disposition au bord de la piscine. Il y a un tapid de yoga dans la chambre, des bouteilles d'eau offertes, des serviettes à disposition pour la piscine et la plage, et des activités gratuites (kayak, cours de sport le matin, ...). On aurait adoré pouvoir rester plus longtemps. Seul point à considérer: la zone n'est pas animée le soir et les taxis coutent assez cher.

ascenceur condamné travaux spa fermé.....
Les avis sur TripAdvisor étaient tellement élogieux que j'ai réservé 5 nuits dans cet hotel les yeux fermés........j'aurais dû les ouvrir !!!!! Cet hotel ne mérite absolument pas son affiliation au groupe LHW leading hotels of the world. Seules les chambres sont dignes d.une telle appartenance L'hôtel n'a pas de plage privée, même pas de transats et parasols sur la plage réserves à sa clientèle...... Lors de notre séjour du 21 au 26 mai dernier, il y avait de nombreux travaux dans les communs Le spa était fermé Le restaurant de plage n'a été ouvert qu.un soir! L'ascenseur a été en maintenance 3 jours du 25 au 27 et nous prenions le monte charge bagages pour aller au cinquième étage, bien qu'un panneau indiquait interdit à la clientèle!!!!!!! Aucun geste commercial pour rattraper tous ces désagréments et tarifs exorbitants, tant au restaurant (comme l'hôtel est très isolé, nous sommes un peu pris en otages) que sur le transfert: l'hôtel nous a demandé 2800 baht pour l'aller et nous avons réservé le retour aéroport part nos propres moyens avec un taci local et un gros 4x4 luxueux pour 1000 bahts seulement. L'hôtel est très proche de la plage, le côté un peu massif de l'architecture est agréablement équilibré par un une décoration design acidulée mais non agressive. La proximité immédiate de la plage (sable fin) est un élément essentiel de l'intérêt de l'hôtel Le petit déjeuner est correct J'ai particulièrement apprécié que nous puissions (sans frais) retarder le check out à 17h (au lieu de 12h), ce qui est appréciable en l'hypothèse de vol tardif

Magnifique Hôtel tout neuf
Superbe hôtel 5*, room service H24 de qualité, chambre très belle et spacieuse. Points négatifs: Hotel encore en construction, pas mal de travaux mais ça reste ok pour le bruit. Wifi de très mauvaise qualité, même quand le signal est complet. Restaurant très cher pour la thailande, 23€ le burger et jusqu'à 100€ pour des grillades... Burger et lasagnes excellents par contre la portion de lasagnes est extrêmement petite compte tenu du prix! Bref nous reviendrons quand il sera fini, pour son décor paradisiaque, sa plage à moins de 100m pas bondée même en haute saison, ses chambres magnifiques et son personnel fort sympathique.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet hôtel fév. 2014. Les chambres sont grandes avec une terrasse bien équipée, petit salon à l'ombre et 2 transats au soleil! La vue depuis la terrasse est juste incroyable. Belle piscine à l'hôtel, grande et propre. Transats et linges de plage disponibles gratuitement à la plage située en face de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copié et très bon! Le cuisinier, un français, est vraiment très sympathique. Le reste du personnel également très gentil. Situation de l'hôtel calme. Proche de petits restaurants bons et pas chers. Taxi à côté de l'hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul petit point négatif, l'hôtel mériterait un petit "refresh"!

This is our fourth time staying at the hotel in the last four years - we travel to Thailand from Canada and will not leave Thailand without a stop over at Nai Harn. It's one of the most spectacular hotels that we have stayed at around the world. Staff are exceptional, hotel is beautiful, the view alone is entertainment, beach steps away, swimming pool and gym around the corner and the food is out of this world with top chefs who work at the hotel. A must stay!! See you in 2025!

I absolutely fell in LOVE with The Nai Harn. The location, the beach, the staff and the amenities were all very good. The food was amazing, from breakfast to dinner excellent. The property does need some renovations, it is showing it's age, but I would still recommend it. A lovely property great for a relaxation vacation.

The Nai Harn is perfect for families and young couples looking for a resort which is secluded a with beach access. The restaurant and rooftop bar have phenomenal ocean views. I would highly recommend staying in the grand ocean view room - the views are beautiful at night. The buffet breakfast has a large variety and is amazing. The staff are also very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back!

This guy s a nice hotel but certainly not a five star hotel. The building is old and not well maintained. Inside the rooms are good. But here and there you see things that tell you they don’t enough to maintain the facility. Service also generally good. The food is very average. We had much better food in other outside the hotel.

나이한비치에는 다른 푸켓해변과 달리 동력해양스포츠가 없습니다. 따라서 시끄러운 보트의 모터소음이 없고 오일매연 냄새가 전혀없습니다. 조용하고 안전합니다. 더나이한 리조트는 해변에 위치하여 편리하고 호텔은 깨끗하고 고급스러우며 음식또한 만족스럽게 맛있고 모든직원들이 정말정말 친절합니다. 정오에 체크아웃하고 해변에서 시간을 보낸 후 늦은밤 공항으로 출발하기 전 샤워룸을 제공받아 산뜻하게 샤워하고 옷을 갈아입을수 있었습니다. 단순한 샤워장이 아닌 객실을 제공받아 편안한 여행마무리를 할수있었습니다. 세번째 방문이었고 방문할때마다 역시 잘선택했다는 생각을합니다. 이곳을 알게된 이후 휴가때마다 어디로 갈것인가에 대해 전혀 고민하지 않습니다. 당연히 또 자주 방문할겁니다

We loved our stay, the property is exceptional. The rooms are very well maintained, the food is to die for. The beach is just in front of the property with all outdoor amenities. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The views from the room are breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

Had a great 3 night stay at The Nai Harn, the staff are amazing and so accommodating. The beach is right on the doorstep and we got an upgraded room on check-in. Facilities are great with two restaurants on site. Would definitely visit again

A very nice hotel situated in one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Initially I'm had a Mountain View and there wasn’t any mountains. But the staff and hotel management were great and gave us a much better room after 2 days. All in all we had an amazing experience.

Exactly what I needed - thanks Nai Harn!
If you're looking for true relaxation away from the throngs of visitors, a perfect beach, good thai food, great views, a comfortable bed, large room, nice spa and a super pleasant staff who remember your preferences from day two, absolutely stay at the Nai Harn! If you want to do laps in the pool vs get wet, need a massive variety of gym equipment, and are not able to climb steps, need to meet and interact with strangers, party all night and be in the "center of it all" - do not stay at the Nai Harn. The breakfast buffet is epic, the location is secluded...you almost feel like you're on an island with beauty in every direction. The rooms are thoughtful, beds comfortable, terraces large. My only suggestions - beach chairs vs just towels beachside and a table & chairs on the terraces to enjoy a bite and the view. Otherwise, it was fabulous and perfect for what I wanted. Bravo.
