Décevant: rapport qualité-prix déplorable
Hotel en bord de mer, à moins d'1km de la petite ville de Minori. Chambre vue sur mer spacieuse (mais c'est la moindre des choses étant donné le prix: 500€/nuit...). Mauvaise insonorisation. Petite piscine et accès privé à la mer où la bataille des transats fait rage... Accueil peu serviable. Tout cela serait vite oublié étant donné le cadre idyllique. La grosse déception: les tarifs exorbitants du restaurant: 26€ pour une assiette de 6 raviolis al pesto (!), 12€ le verre de rosé "local"... simplement du grand délire.

Merci pour votre avis, payer 500 euros pour une suite pour 4 personnes en août avec une spectaculaire terrasse de 25 m² surplombant la mer, je ne pense pas que ce soit un prix élevé. il en va de même pour le restaurant, le restaurant avec une qualité, une position et un service comme le nôtre ne rivalisera jamais avec les prix d'une trattoria

Personnel de grande classe et très attentionné et disponible. Magnifique site tranquille direct sur la mer et facile d'accès pour cette côte. Excellent service de navette vers Amalfi. Très beau décor nautique de rénovation récente et très propre. Quoique dispendieux, le restaurant est de très grande qualité et le service est impeccable avec une très belle vue. Plat pour enfants disponibles. Excellent petit déjeuner inclus également. Cet hôtel 4 étoiles devrait être un 5 étoiles selon ce que j'ai pu voir ailleurs en Italie.

Merci de ne jamais laisser un commentaire, notre hôtel est à seulement 800 mètres du village de Minori, notre position nous permet de profiter d'une tranquillité agréable que pendant les mois d'été peut être considéré comme un luxe

We had ants/bugs in our apartment; our toilet wasnt working or the shower They fixed it eventually but no compensation reimbursement was offered. Also, we had to request a tour of the facility. Along, with that when they came to extinguish the ants they handed the bottle to us & left. Service was terrible

Right on the water, this hotel is a hidden gem. Located close to Amalfi and other tourist towns. Shuttle to ferry makes it easy to get around.

The ocean front property is beautiful in stature from the outside and the staff at front desk are quite attentive. The rooms are small and average. There are limited amenities. My room faced a noisy courtyard. The outdoor pool and access to the Mediterranean is lovely. The complimentary Buffet breakfast is well done. The restaurant on the property is nice, but over priced and service staff could be friendlier. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle a few times a day to either Minori or a Amalfi ports. Otherwise, they’re charge to pick you up, even if it’s only a mile or so is very expensive. I’ve never been in a hotel, where I checked in as a solo traveler, and they had a twin bed with one pillow, and one towel for the bathroom. I found that very unusual, and not in line with a supposed the four-star hotel. While the location is pretty, there are a lot of amazing properties closer to town that you may want to consider to avoid the high cost of transportation. I suspect they may be more updated and may have more amenities as well. Hopefully, they will consider my comments in this review. The hotel certainly has potential if it would become a little bit more customer, focused, and attentive to the needs of travelers and the limited transportation in this area of the Amalfi coast. More attention needs to be given to your room, amenities and more regular shuttle services. They may want to consider additional programming to offer more entertainment.

Dear Mr Mikeyou have booked a single room with a 1m bed with internal view. and that's what you got. our site also has the availability of double rooms for single use but that's not what you booked. the images of the rooms are very clear so I don't understand what you write. we confirm that you had a problem with the bathroom upon your arrival, but we immediately solved the problem so I don't understand why you were so harsh with us, I'm surprised that this little incident didn't make you appreciate the beauty of our hotel, the location in overlooking the sea, the private access to the sea, the swimming pool with hydromassage, the convenient parking, the excellent restaurant and the wonderful bar

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dining at the restaurant. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus twice a day to/from Amalfi. Overall great service.

Una propiedad hermosa .... todos en el desk fueron muy amables y atentos... Ivan en el area del bistro fue magnifico!!! Nuestra habitacion fue grande y muy comoda... super limpia con un balcon comodo ... la vista y en el lugar q se encuentra es muy hermoso ...aunque no queda a pasos de minori tienen un shuddle por un costo adicional q te lleva y recoge.... tiene buen desayuno y un restuarante que aunque no tuvimos el placer d usitilizar los reviews de otros son bueno...

Well located, extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms could use updating, but very well kept. Overall the staff and service was great with the exception of one person who was rude upon calling for a shuttle when we missed the scheduled one, she did attempt to rectify prior to completing the call. Ivan from the bar and Guiese from the front deck were especially wonderful. Overall would stay here again, but room updates would be appreciated

While some staff were nice, several of them were unbelievably rude and just horrible. Our room was infested with bugs when we arrived because evidently a window was broken and wouldn’t close. We arrived late it was the first night of our honeymoon and when we called them they came and vacuumed and had a bunch of guys come to fix the window although it was super late at night and refused to move us to another room or compensate at all. They were incredibly rude and just expected us to be ok with the bugs. They totally ruined the first night of our honeymoon and they couldn’t have been more horrible about it

I would just like to add to your kind words, that the window was not broken but only open, and that having a staff ready to solve the problem even late at night I think is a source of pride. finally we did offer you to change room but you preferred to stay where you were stating that you would only change in the event of an upgrade (which was not available) clearly each of us is free to choose whether to spend the first wedding night complaining about having a couple of mosquitos in the room or enjoing the holiday

Posto stupendo
Posto stupendo con "spiaggia" privata a picco sul mare. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Da fer il giro in barca (compreso). Unica cosa a cui fare attenzione: quando arrivate andate subito alla "spiaggia" a mettervi in lista per dei lettini in buona posizione. Non vengono assegnati giornalmente ma per l'intero soggiorno e se arrivate all'ultimo minuto prendete posti arretrati.

This property was great. They provided transfers when I asked. At a reasonable cost. Awesome place for swimming if you want to have access to a beach that is not busy and not use a beach club in the city.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay at the hotel. It is an absolutely unique property. While not a new hotel, the decor, material, etc adds to the charm. Staff was fantastic. They saved us from being stuck in the rain by sending their hotel van into very rainy and not so nice driving conditions on short notice to get us. Restaurant and food was very good. Great for families, even with older kids like I have. Thanks so much to the entire staff. We will be back!!!

The area is amazing, beautiful scenery and very close to the town of Minora. The rooms were okay. Clean, but underwhelming. But the service was excellent. The beach club staff were attentive, and the restaurant staff fabulous. Very friendly. The food was fantastic, my husband and I consider ourselves foodies, and thus did not disappoint. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Agree with other reviews. We stayed in the nearby apartments...while the walk along the busy road was a bit dicey it was in a great spot to access Minori which is a lovely small town and easy to pick up supplies. Waterfront/pool access was great given the beaches are pretty ordinary.

Bad experience
The location of the hotel was nice. but it is an old hotel. We stayed in the panoramic suite room, the room was really big and the view was beautiful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and a lot of spiders and cobwebs in the room.the pool was very small and dirty, there were dead bugs. When I turned on the jacuzzi of the pool, a white foam was coming out, I guess it was never cleaned. Breakfast was ordinary, restaurant was very good, food was good but very expensive. 4 adults, 3 children and a baby, we gave 700 euros for a dinner and 500 euros for lunch. Reception staff were generally very good, there were two young staff, they only taught them to say no, it reduces the success of the reception in general. Check-in time to the hotel is 14:30, check-out time is 10:30. It was difficult for us families with children to reach the exit and the hotel reacted very much to this situation and threatened to charge a daily fee for 30 minutes. This made us very uncomfortable as we were so far from our home. They did not recognize expedia vip acces, our room was not upgraded, no treats were provided, even half an hour late check-out was not tolerated. we had a very bad holiday experience. In fact, the region is very beautiful, the sea is very beautiful, the Italians are very friendly. In my opinion, this is not Italian hospitality, we should not base this hotel on it.

I answer to your commitment in writing about us, but honestly I don't think I have much more to say , apart from saying that your behavior in our hotel will remain in our memories for a while and not in a positive way

Beliggenheten var det beste!
Flott beliggenhet og god service. Prisene er selvfølgelig skrudd i taket, men annet er ikke å vente på et slikt sted. God frokost og lunsjretter på hotellet. Middagen levde ikke opp til forventningene. Vi fikk et nydelig rom med flott utsikt. Sengene var harde og putene harde som kornsekker.

The hotel is built on a cliff that is level with the ocean, you can swim in the pool or the ocean while enjoying incredible views! Ravello is a very hilly area but the hotels location makes it convenient to everything the Amalfi Coast has to offer. The rooms are clean and covered in Italian tile that lets you know you are in Italy. A delicious breakfast is included and the staff was so nice and helpful. Be sure to say hello to Ivan as he is a bartender extraordinaire!
