« Randy and Niki were sweet. Very accommodating I was hesitant to be so close to a host in proximity. It worked out well. Clean, easy, close to everything. Great location we always found ourselves against traffic here. »

« House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍 »

« We visited Legoland and the San Diego Zoo on this visit and this property was in an awesome location in between the two. The property was very clean easy to access with it's own driveway behind the house. We will definitely be looking for a future visit to this property. »

« We stayed in Lori’s place and the house was lovely, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We celebrated our son’s graduation with a barbecue in the beautiful backyard. Lori was very responsive and would respond within minutes. We needed to be close to USD and because of that this house served our purpose. Thank you! »

« Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels too »

« We really enjoyed our weekend here. We went out to SD to support an upcoming boxer (Alan “Kid Kansas” Garcia) and wanted something close to the Pechanga Arena and this property was one of the ones that popped up. I would recommend this property not only are the neighbors friendly they greet you like if they know you. The view is amazing. All around the house is just so beautiful and clean. The host Shannon is amazing very easy to get ahold of and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay....

« Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom. »

« Huge space; felt a lot bigger than we expected from photos. Our two kids loved the pool. Really nice kitchen, outdoor area and well kept. Beautiful views from upstairs balcony over the bay. Highly recommend! Pool is unheated (which we knew when booking). We would have loved and paid extra for a solar cover for the pool. Most pools seemed to be unheated which we knew, but something that we would have paid for if it was available (some places offered solar cover or heated pool for extra charge). »

« Casita was convenient to Balboa Park, freeways, restaurants and Smart and Final grocery store. Very private and quiet. Walkable, and transit system 1 block away( I did not have a car). I stayed for two weeks in May of 2024. Diane from Northern California »

« Very roomy home, clean, spacious bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of landmarks such as old town, beaches and more! Also easy to communicate with the great host! 😄 »

« We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor. »
