Have stayed here a couple of times and at several Tru locations. Always a good experience. Glad they are pet friendly. If there is a choice for a Tru hotel, pick it.

Woke up at 230 am ac wasn’t working. Tried to turn it down message said Wait? Called front desk no one answered 1st time 2nd time after several rings they did. No maintenance person available and the guy was not helpful at all. He acted like I was inconvenience to him. The breakfast is a joke. It is a newer hotel so it is clean but with way things were give it a few years it will be like the hotel behind them. Never stay at one again nor will I recommend

I am terribly sorry about the experience that you had during your stay. Although we do not have maintenance staffed overnight I can see the difficulties that you had incurred and I will take corrective measures to make sure this does not happen again..

The fresh pancakes each morning were outstanding, a pleasant surprise...The staff was very helpful and cheerful.... Especially our Breakfast hostess!!!....The only drawback was that during our 3 night stay, we did not receive service for our room...I had to retrieve fresh towels and empty the trash.... However, we will stay there again.....

The air conditioner kept my family up all night. It sounded like a weed wacker or heavy machinery. It was ridiculously loud and rickety. Other than that this place was really nice and fresh looking.

Best Location in Chapel Thrill
Clean, quiet and great location. The property was so nice, I chose to stay an extra day rather than drive in the heavy rainstorm.

Good value in a busy area
Quick, one night stay to attend party in town. Hotel was close to downtown Chapel Hill. Room was fine, bathroom clean and downstairs coffee was good. Didn’t eat breakfast as we had other plans. Would stay here again as it was a good value.

QuikTrip
In town for a concert this hotel is close enough to the Durham performing arts center and is not the first Tru by Hilton I have stayed in. These hotels never disappoint. They are always clean and comfortable.
