Room was clean but sink would not drain. Staff was amazing! Area in front of hotel was sketchy! Lots of homeless lingering..trash everywhere… it was really dirty and we did not feel safe and were worried about our car all night

Everyone here was so nice, and I loved the complimentary breakfast. Loved the variety and different options. My only complaint was the toilet in my room. I would have to flush the toilet multiple times after using the bathroom. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean, but a bit dated for facilities. Admittedly, we checked in late at night and weren't looking for anything to do, but there didn't seem to be much for restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly.

This Best Western is in a fair location. The parking lot is tight and the road leading out of the property is "interesting." Drive slow when leaving. There is a large pothole. Room was clean but smelled like they were trying to hide smells with excessive rug cleaner. Thanks goodness, the air condition was able to remove the smell while running.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the staff was helpful and friendly. Exterior doors (other than front entrance) are locked and require a hotel key and front entrance is locked requiring a key at night. It was nice to feel secure too.

Check in was easy. The hotel is clean and is a nice hotel in an commercial environment. Staff was friendly, helpful, morning meal was sufficient. Check out was easy. I only needed an over night stay and this was very adequate.

Very Solid Family Stay
We needed a couple of nights' stay while visiting family, and Best Western was excellent. Our room in the fridge extension area was quiet, and 2 double beds sis the trick for the 4 of us. Everything worked and the beds were plenty good. Front desk teammates were great, and breakfast service was solid as well. Recommended.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and attentive. Letoya was very kind and helpful to us. Overall, our stay was not bad, but the building definitely could use some deep cleaning and updates. The surface is fairly clean, but there are dirt marks and splashes on walls. The walls have visible cracks, and the laminate flooring in our room is separating. The toilet needed 2 or 3 flushes each time it was used, and the water pressure in the shower was nearly nothing.

The staff was amazing! We stayed while attending a family funeral. The hem on my dress was undone. The receptionist helped me remedy the hem and get on to the funeral. She was wonderful! The receptionist who checked us in the night before was gracious and made us feel so welcomed!

The front desk ladies were wonderful! They told me about everything the hotel had and even helped me find the best route to the venue that my son and I were going to! The room was nice, the only downfall was the soap covered in body hair that was left in the shower. Overall it was a nice stay and we would go back there again.
