It was clean, well layed out, had everything we needed and three balconies that had unbelievable views of the bay over to Cancun. It is on the south end of the island so much quieter but a little bit of a drive if you are spending a lot of time back and forth into town or north beach. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place).
