« The house is very nice. Kids said twin beds were fine. Master and downstairs beds very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has is own bathroom! Small kitchen but efficient enough though no garbage disposal. Overall our family had lots of fun and even times of relaxation »

« My daughter was married at Mimosa Barn and my husband and I (from Mass) stayed at the Beach Retreat. It was better than the what the photos portrayed and was perfect for two people (plus my daughter the night before the wedding). « Had a wonderful, peaceful vacation right on the waterfront. The location was perfect, offering great views and direct access to the water. We had a lot of fun crabbing and fishing off the dock. Having access to kayaks and canoes was a fantastic bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Randy, was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed it. »

« 10 of my family members stayed her while in town for a memorial service. The owner was very responsive. The home was cute and clean and plenty of space for our large group. The duplex is in a great location, close to the park, the bakery and the main street with shops and restaurants in downtown Cape Charles. « We had a great time staying at the home for an extended weekend. The house is very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient to the Cape Charles beach, the wildlife refuge and the KP State park. We went fishing, paddle-boarding and horseback riding, so much fun. Highly recommend. »

« This property has a lot to enjoy. We liked the game room, dock for fishing and the kayaks. We played a lot of cornhole. We also liked the many outdoor seating areas--there was always somewhere comfortable to sit at any time of day. The site is very private and is somewhat remote from amenties. So it made for a more intimate family reunion without a lot of offsite trips. The site manager was extremely helpful and attentive and the checkin-checkout processes were super smooth. »
