« Superb apartment in a very quiet area of Chicago. Conveniently located between the CTA pink and blue train lines. We were a party of six adults and we all loved the vibe of the apartment. The equipment provided with the apartment is really above our expectations. Lots of little touches from the host that make our stay more enjoyable. « This was our second time booking and our experience was as great as the first time. It is a convenient location to many areas around Ukraine Village. Love the space and immaculate condo. As a suggestion if you enjoy cooking bring your own spices and oil. They have everything in reference to dish ware, knives, pots/pans and glasses/cups. It was my birthday weekend and the host had a special gift for me. Very thoughtful! »

A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. « Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you! »

« We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. « Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door. »

« This is a great spot for spending some days around Chicago. It was nicely decorated, clean, the furniture arrangement of this place is quite practical. Beds are cozy. Owner provided enough bed sheets and pillows. We did breakfast at this place to save time with kiddos and we found it has the basics for a morning start such as coffee and coffee maker, a nearby supermarket, napkins, utensils, cups, plates and bowls. Communication was awesome, the owner really cares about getting expectations...

« Très bien situé malgré que le quartier soit excentré 45 minutes de transport en commun pour atteindre le centre ville. Cependant la station de métro de la ligne bleu est a 5 minutes de marche. Il s'agit d'un beau quartier très sécure et avec tous les services à proximité. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont cordiales et efficaces. Le seul bémol sont les marches qui permettent d'accéder au matelas de la deuxième chambre qui sont exiguës et qui pourraient ne pas convenir à certaines...

« This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back! »

« The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences. »

« Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs. »
