Le plus apprécié a été la situation de l'appart face à la piscine et le jacuzzi.La premiere journée on nous a logé face au boulevard et à la montage (une de vacance de perdu car on n'a même pas défait nos valises)Ce n'était pas une suite junior(3535) mais un studio.Ça ne ressemblait pas du tout au produit que vous nous aviez vendu sur le site web de villa del palmar.Il a fallu une lourde discussion le lendemain pour pouvoir déménager face à la piscine au 304 encore dans un studio mais non dans une suite junior supérieur que nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises.Plusieurs femmes de ménage nous ont confirmées que c'était un studio(j'ai un enrégistrement de ça).Heureusement que je maitrise très bien la langue espagnole.J'ai rencontré une directrice du Bureau de senior Ladezman en charge du service à la clientèle qui persistait à dire que c'était une suite junior supérieure.J'ai appris que les édifice du secteur ou nous étions vont être démolis en juillet prochain pour faire place à la construction de trois tours de 30 étages.Dans notre STUDIO il n'y avait aucune commodité pour nos appareils électroniques,beaucoup de difficulté à faire démarrer le jet de la douche car les contrôles des robinets étaient défaillants,le micro-onde était placé au-dessus du frigidaire,il fallait que Françoise monte sur une chaise pour s'en servir malgré la minuterie défaillante(photos prises).Les femmes de chambre,les serveurs du restaurant,le personnel en général étaient très aimables et dévoués.

Due to the start of hotel being torn down shortly after we left you could tell the quality wasn’t the same. the drinks were small and not strong, the breakfast buffet was good but you had the order bacon and sausage. Did not do all inclusive this time and happy we didn’t. Would not have been worth the money. Hotel is in an excellent area and not far downtown.The beach is excellent. Hopefully the new hotel will be done on time because I will try it. Brian the valley was awesome! For the second time.

Enjoyed our stay. Although I paid extra for the “superior” room, I believe there is no differences from the regular option. I had a parking lot view from our room, which was ok since we didn’t spend much time inside. Once you check in you’ll be met by the time share folks who are really nice. I highly recommend passing on their offers for giving up your vacation time to attend a presentation at their sister resort. Avoid the “free” City Tour they offer. It is not a city tour you’re expecting. I believe all stays include the breakfast buffet, which is pretty good. The fruit was delicious! We were there for the night they had circus style performers. That show was awesome! I would stay here again.

Everything is good except for their guest policy. It’s hard to invite friends inside the hotel as you have to go through annoying formalities . The location is amazing and staff are pleasant .

Excellent customer service from pool staff that was the best. The food at the restaurants was overprice, the quality of the food was mediocre at best, for example I order a chorizo pizza in which I was able to count the pieces of chorizo very unsatisfying, the enchiladas de mole taste was not good and the enchilada was roll into a taquito and very hard, and I keep on going on about the poor quality of the food, we end up ordering out. The rooms were not properly clean the beds were just made the floors were no clean and 2 days did not leave shampoo or soap and we have to call reception asking for it.

Telephone did’t work…staff doesn’t know how to get an incoming call to the correct room number. Drawers in the kitchen stuck Locked out of the room for 4 hours the night before my surgery until. Midnight and desk clerk refused to change rooms( when hotel only 30 percent occupied) so I sat in the lobby in my wheelchair!?! You owe me a refund !!! I would never recommend it!

Como recomendación, necesitan más atención al huésped ya que en ningún momento se acercaron a decirnos las actividades ni las opciones dentro del hotel, el último día de la estancia nos comentaron del nuevo hotel Villa del Palmar flamingos y nos invitaron un desayuno y una gratificación monetaria para gasolina pero desafortunadamente nos íbamos al día siguiente y como observación pues esa invitación tenía que ser al principio de la estancia en el hotel

Todas las llaves de agua de la habitación tiraban agua. Se me hace algo que no debería de pasar el agua está escasa y que se esté tirando no es justo! Todo lo demás excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente el personal súper amable
