Personalmente, me gustó mucho mi estancia de una noche. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Griserio en el comedor. La cama es una de las más cómodas que he tenido en un hotel. Buena presión en la ducha con agua muy caliente. Me gustó la comida. El único punto negativo es la presencia de pájaros en el comedor.

Super hôtel !! Personnel au top mention spéciale pour Javier et Daniel en restauration Chambre en océan front avec une vue magnifique sur la mer mais bruit des vagues toute la nuit ! Agréable aussi d’avoir une piscine uniquement pour adulte mais soit poser sa serviette des 7h 7h30 le matin sinon pas de transat J’ai passé un super séjour et j’y retournerai !!

Nous sommes enchantés d'apprendre que votre séjour a été superbe et que notre personnel, notamment Javier et Daniel, a contribué à rendre votre expérience en restauration des plus positives. Le choix d'une chambre en front de mer avec vue sur la mer semble avoir été excellent, bien que le bruit des vagues puisse être présent toute la nuit. Nous sommes également ravis que vous ayez apprécié la piscine réservée aux adultes. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir à nouveau lors de votre prochain séjour !

La propreté,la gentillesse du personnel, les soupers à la carte.. Moins appréciés:le volume des spectacles trop proches des chambres,le trop grand zèle pour retirer les serviettes des chaises longues trop tôt.les chaises inconfortables dans les chambres,pas de frigo dans la chambre, beaucoup de familles mexicaines les fins de semaine,répétition du menu du midi au resto- lunch.

LE service dans le Kid’s club est excellent. Les animatrices sont gentilles, accueillantes et dynamiques. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt à l’h Et on nous a donné notre chambre immédiatement et accès aux installations sans problème! Malheureusement, on a pas apprécié le service dans le buffet (discrimination de la part des serveurs parce que nous sommes d’origine Mexicaine), le service était moins rapide et moins bon envers nous. La nourriture excellente Les barmans offrent un excellent service. Les installations sont toujours propres Petits insectes dans la salle de bain de notre chambre (comme petites fourmis). Installations peu modernes

C était notre 3e visites au Las Palmas du 9 au 30 janvier 2020. Des améliorations au niveau de la qualité et du choix des aliments au buffet. Les restaurants a la carte sont excellent, le saumon, lasagne, steak . Le personnel est gentil et serviable en tout temps. Clientele de l hotel que des mexicains et des canadiens, un seul grossiste transat. Le seul bémol le bruit de la musique et de l animation dans la piscine familial beaucoup trop fort tout le monde pense la meme chose sans le dire a la direction... c est dommage.Je classe cel hotel 3.5 étoiles. L emplacement est idéal pres de tout.J y retournerais sans aucun doute, mais ce n est pas un hotel de luxe, il faut en etre conscient.

1 piscine réservé pour les adultes très bien. La nourriture est toujours la même et trop mexicaine. Ma blonde c’est fait brulé le pied par un brûleur sterno d’un plat qui était mal positionné et c’est renversé sur son pied. On lui a mis de l’onguent et personne s’en ai informé par la suite. Par chance ma blonde est infirmière

Bel et grand hotel sur la plage.
A notre arrivée, nous n avons pas étésatisfait de l emplacement de notre chambre. Nous étions la pour 3 semaines, notre demande a été satisfaite chambre 417, c est la plus belle chambre pas son emplacement et son plafond cathédrale. Malheureusement le buffet est tres souvent le meme, et la nourriture est froide oui oui froide...Mais a part cela tout est parfait pour un 3 étoiles, c est évident que ca ne se compare pas a un hotel de grand luxe. L emplacement est parfait en ville, pres de tout a pied La plage est belle .. Les 2 piscines sont magnifiques. . La clientele de l hotel 50% mexicaine et 50% canadienne, quebec, ontario, B..C etc pas d américains. Le personnel est gentil et tres polie. Les spectacles sont surprenants pour un 3 étoiles... L ambiance est bonne et décontractée. Le café espagnol vers 5 heures avec petits fours c est une bonne idée... Malheureusement c est la nouriture qui n est pas chaude. Les tables avec nappes a tout les repas.

Nous ne voyageons jamais en tout inclus !!! C'est une exception.... Chambre 313 avec une belle vue sur la mer , propre, fonctionnelle très aérée quand on ouvre les deux portes. Personnel plus que courtois. Nourriture excellente pour un buffet. Cependant très bruyant et la plage n'est pas accueillante pour la baignade....

The staff were great mostly. Massage was excellent. Rooms had terrible AC if at all. No hand towels or face clothes. No fridge. Very musty and the floors in our room were dirty. Food was ok, but same daily and a la carte was mediocre at best.

We enjoyed the Property by coming back after a few years not being there . Maybe it was the time of the Year that we seen way more Mexican Clientele with Families.Therefore we ask to be moved to a quieter Poolside & more peaceful. All in all we enjoyed our stay even so there started renovating & had a good time & would go back again

Not exactly what was promised online. We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel was having to renovate the main dining area and that placed diners in the lobby area. There were no other dining options without paying extra, which was to reserve a dinner every day for the following day. That left only their buffet which was very bland and not very good. It was much better to eat out but we had paid for all inclusive. Drinks were so-so. I expected much better for a tourist destination in a country that prides itself on making tequila and they didn't make a decent margarita. The entertainment appeared to be nightly DJ, which we didn't participate but could see and hear from our balcony, nothing else. Which could because of the repairs. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and it appeared they were keeping up maintenance. We're not sure we will want to stay there again in the future.

Staff is very nice. They are all trying to make your stay memorable. Good for families with kids. They have a kid's pool with everyday activities. For adults there is a different show in the hotel hall every night (Latino night, Acrobats and magician night, Mexican show...) My family and I are very happy with our stay!

Gorgeous property on the beach with unique tropical feel forever honoring it's traditional national heritage. Palapa staff make you feel like royalty. a 10-15 min walk to the Malecon. Happy to stay here again just for the ambiance even though the price seemed relatively high given what other local all-inclusive resorts in this class are offering given quality of room fixtures and furnishings.

Although we booked a cheap enough package, the accommodations were lacking. There is no food available from 11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and no food service at the pool. The room we booked is definitely not the room we were given. Location is good.

Staff were polite but not exactly looking to sort though any, even the smallest challenges. Way too much noise tolerated into the late night. Food was mediocre at best and only available at fairly rigid time slots. For the price there are almost certainly better choices available.

What we did not like was the food. Honestly just terrible, we have been here before and the food was amazing. Not this time, just not good. Over cooked , cold pre made. No taste. Just bad...Everything else was very nice.

Had a great stay at las palmas. Was a little nervous because of some bad reviews, but I had stayed there years prior and had a great time. If you’re on the fence about this resort don’t be! it had very friendly staff, good food and lots to do.

We stayed many years ago. It's exactly the same and most of the staff are also the same. I booked two king rooms, but both rooms had two double beds. The resort caters to Mexican's, and an older clientele. There are some shops close by, but hard to find authentic Mexican souvenirs anymore. (Almost everything is made in China). Cabbing it anywhere the cabbies make up their own rates. Won't be back.
