Beautiful property and friendly, helpful staff. Food at restaurants very good. Buffett ok but I’ve never been to a resort with an excellent one. Only area that could have been cleaner was beach chairs. Lots of cigarette butts everywhere and hard to find a chair not loaded with bird poop. Plenty of clean towels always available though with no limit to cover them up.

Great staff. Hotel was nice especially the private beach. Didn’t get the room we booked but got upgraded ( at a cost). Food was good. Blaze steak house was not very good. Not sure if we would go back.

Loved my stay with Hyatt Ziva. Everyone that works there is so kind… they keep the hotel very clean as well which I loved. If I ever go back to puerto Vallarta I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach! The property is lovey, but the rooms are showing age and smell like mold. The food quality has definitely decreased since our visit in 2022. Meals were often bland and average. Beach service was average at best.

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva twice, once as a newly wed couple and once as a family with one child and my wife’s parents, and both stays were phenomenal. There are plenty of activities for all tastes and the resort is only an7 minute Uber ride from the old town where there ar a lot more activities. But the best part was the staff, they were genuinely obsessed with making our trip as convenient and memorable as possible, and nobody was nice just to get a good tip. Really loved it!

Todo nos pareció maravilloso. El check-in, la suite, los restaurantes, la playa, el servicio de la gente, el mantenimiento que se le da a la propiedad; había gente arreglando jardines, pintando corredores y cuartos, etc. La comida en restaurantes de especialidades muy buena. La del buffet no tan buena. Había mucha variedad pero le hacía falta sazón y al pasar las horas la comida del buffet ya no parecía muy apetecible. Reconocimiento al chef Esteban, a Pancho en los ceviches, Brenda en actividades. La señorita Saira en la cafetería debería tomar un curso de amabilidad y trato con clientes… su actitud y trato muy grosera. Pero en general una maravillosa estancia. Gracias Hyatt Ziva!

This was our second stay at Hyatt Zivah. We will only stay here when visiting Puerto Vallarta. We are spoiled every day with the great food, warm hospitality, and beautiful views. We used the Cabana service and highly recommend it for comfort and a break from the sun. We used the spa facilities and were pampered by MaryChuy and Vernice! Breakfast at the buffet with Soledad and Angel made our visit feel like home!

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for our 20 year anniversary and had a wonderful experience! The staff was always friendly and attentive, and the drinks were awesome! The food options at the restaurants were mostly very good, although we wouldn't recommend the sashimi at the Asian restaurant. We loved being both in the jungle and at the beach. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at your resort. The food was delicious, the property was beautiful and the staff so kind and welcoming. Our only note of feedback was the Asian restaurant. Service and food did not match up to the rest of the hotel. We waited about 45 min for our food and had to walk up the bar to get a 2nd glass of wine. Our waiter was rarely around. All of the other restaurants were superb!

Private beach, vendors are respectful, beach staff helpful. Cab ride to romantic zone is 5-7 min. Restaurant staff is always willing to modify menu changes. All the other areas are well staffed and attentive to your needs. We have been guests at the Hyatt since they opened. The new general manager whom we met is passionate about maintaining and upgrading the property. He is always walking the property from morning till evening, taking notes and pictures. special mention to all the restaurant teams, Martine, Cesar, Delia, Susanna, Hector. Overall the food at all restaurants was very good.
