Good location, friendly staff. The rooms are really basic but spacious. The kitchen was missing some items (no mugs, very little cuteries) and the bedroom could use nightstands and small lamps. Overall good for price.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was outstanding. However, there were several issues with the room, including a sewage odor, presence of cockroaches, and flooding from the toilet. Additionally, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, resulting in being relocated three times during my four-day stay. Despite notifying the front desk of these issues, they persisted, causing significant stress during what was meant to be a relaxing trip.

The front desk staff were amazing. Shout out to Victor who went above and beyond trying to find us the right resturants for our cravings, where to find markets etc. Always a smile and a greeting waiting for us anytime we came into the loby. Will be visiting again soon!

It's in the middle of everything, excellent customer service. Staff was so friendly they deserve a raise we will come back to same spot for sure for many years to come. Stay was so comfortable and staff decorated for special ocassion went above and beyond thank you so much.

The staff there were lovely and very helpful. The Hotel is in a great area for exploring and walking around. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. I had read in other reviews, and its true that the showers don't exactly work well. The pipes vibrate so hard you think they might bust. Cleanliness was pretty good. The couch in our room had a lot of stains on it. The pool deck was lovely. We pretty much had it to ourselves :) its older but works just fine.

The location was perfect. Not so close to the noisy bar scene that I could sleep without hearing it. The staff was wonderful. Nimfa At the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Gave me good pointers on where to go and what to do even where to shop. Sandra, the housekeeper was very friendly and did anything you asked. But half the time I just left the do not disturb on my door. Nuri Is the chef and cooks terrific breakfast. I would encourage you to try this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable there and will return

This property is not pretty or your typical all inclusive but it is clean and all the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Ninfa. She is such makes this hotel vibrant and Welcoming. One down side was the lack of hot water and water pressure.

This property has a refreshed and eager staff making every effort to make this place shine. This is my second stay in 2024 and I hope to be back. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Location is great…. Can be a bit noisy because of buses, etc. but that adds to location and charm. They say they will be working on getting the pool freshened and cleaned … that will really make this place shine!

This property provided exactly what I needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I went with a simple room this time, but would likely book a room with a kitchenette next time. A central location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach, shopping, hikes, fresh produce and entertainment. The pool area was great. This was my first time in Mexico, so I don’t know how the area compares to other parts of Mexico, but I really enjoyed it. The hotel was in good condition and the new management is actively performing maintenance to improve the facilities to a higher level. I expect the property to increase to a level of excellence within the next year. The hotel is not huge, so it has a nice, small community feel and you will meet a lot of friendly travellers looking for fun and relaxation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very happy with this hotel! The hotel was in a great location in the romantic zone. This hotel is close to restaurants, food trucks, shops, and only a short easy walk to the beach and malecon, but still in a spot that is very quiet and peaceful. No issues with noise and had a good nights sleep every night. The staff were excellent; very kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel overall felt very peaceful and everyone who stayed here seemed polite and friendly. The pool area was wonderful! The rooms are simple and older, but clean and everything works well! If you’re looking for a simple and affordable option, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

The staff went out of their way several times to help with directions, personal needs and even helped us with boarding passes for our return home adventure on our old android phone. Also, they were available 24/7 at the front desk. A pool table and exchange library was an added surprise that we enjoyed. And, poolside breakfasts were delightful, with all the sights and sounds of a city waking up for another sunny, warm and cloudless day.

We spent 4 nights at Pueblito Vallarta and loved every minute! The staff was so welcoming and nice, they even helped celebrate my birthday! The rooms are spacious, with A/C, and super clean. Breakfast onsite is delicious and different every day. The pool area is chill and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!

Great central location in zona romantica but on very busy street with lots of trucks and buses in the morning. Rooms are very generous and beds are confortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to ask multiple times for towels though as the maid kept taking them without replacing them. Water coolers kept running out during the day and sometimes we had to go to a different floor to get water. Kitchenette has bare minimum of supplies.

We very much enjoyed our 10 day stay at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta despite the poor weather during the first week of our visit. The cloudy weather however gave us the opportunity to explore the Romantic Zone including the hillside streets to the north and west. The hotel was ideally situated away from the busier tourist streets and the area street noise added to the charm. The staff were all extremely helpful including those at the front desk and cleaners. The kitchenette in our suite allowed us to prepare and eat the occasional meal "at home" however we chose PV due to its abundance of restaurants and street vendors. There were a few minor items missing however in the kitchen which would have been helpful including dish cloths and other cleaning supplies. The front desk staff were also helpful at checkout allowing us to delay checkout by a couple hours and store our baggage before our early afternoon departure. We highly recommend Hotel Pueblito Vallarta!

First stay in PV and I couldn't have been more happier with my choice. It's right in the heart of town. Walkable to all the attractions. Beach. Restaurants. Tours. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Rodrigo who went over and above to assist me. Definitely booking here again and great communication from hotel before and after trip

We had a fabulous experience here. The hotel is clean , quiet, and located near everything . The beds and pillows are super comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful… they will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable experience. My only suggestion is a full length mirror would be helpful especially with multiple people sharing a room. Thank you for an outstanding experience:))
