We do not offer 24/7 service. We offer lower prices, a live-in housekeeper and an extremely clean and quiet facility. It is what you can expect when you paid 125/night during Women's Week.We did not close the tub for 2 days. We closed it for 1. We are fanatic about keeping it clean. We clean it more often than required by our Board of Health, which is one of the strictest in the country.Towels are located inside the cabinet by the spa. We did not get any texts from you during your stay. I checked our text history. I would recommend increasing your budget next time if you require 24/7 service. Thank you.

I'm sorry you feel we are just 'Okay'. We don't allow early checkin because we need time to clean. This is why we have such wonderful reviews for cleanliness. An 11am checkout is actually pretty late for most hotels. It is not true there is no staff on site. We have live-in housekeepers at both facilities. How do you think the places get cleaned?
