C’était horrible. La senteur et ensuite la saleté des corridor. C’est un hôtel remplis de travailleur et des gens qui vivent long term. Ça parle fort le soir. Il n’a pas de réception ou de sécurité durant le nuit. A ÉVITER.

Horrible hôtel! On entend autant l’autoroute que les voisins, pas de serviette à main, de papiers mouchoir, ni de séchoir à cheveux. Ne devrait pas s’appeler un hôtel!

Comme vous l’avez noté, nous gardons les choses simples et nos tarifs abordables, les clients ne payant que pour les équipements qu’ils veulent utiliser (comme le ménage quotidien, les changements de linge et les heures de réception limitées). Ce serait un peu choquant si vous ne vous attendiez pas à cela et nous sommes désolés de vous avoir déçu.

Bad Service by the people work there, i rent 3 days, & they said to me they can't make my bed & they can not Put new Bath towels in my Room... i travel a lot around USA, i know many hotels & all the time they do that for me, This time is really Sad how they work here/there, FRONT DESK, Bad Bad Service, they don't care, when we are paying for good service & nice enviroment!!!... First time after many years i had Bad Service in hotel, The Sad situation is that this HOTEL is one of my favorites...👎😕

Long wait at check in because room is not ready; after get to the room terrible odor; mold around window as well as around the air conditioner; floor very dirty ; foods on the floor. I stay on 2nd floor but 3rd floor very noise looks like someone ran around all the time. I need to cancel 2nd night.

Floors were dirty, burn marks on side of tub in bathroom, sitting chair was all shredded on arms and sides, gouge in wall from edge of chair being moved, very minimal blanket on bed (had to crank heat to stay warm), breakfast was very basic (most mornings coffee was unavailable and not even served the last couple days), very noisy with kids and pet noise. Will never be staying here again and won’t recommend it.

We were disappointed and probably not choose to stay again. The receptionist front desk was so friendly and kind however when we got to our room it was no longer pleasing. The sheets were stained and looked unchanged. There was a bag with a hanger holding it to cover something on the ceiling felt creepy and the breakfast was the worst consisting of coffee , oatmeal or a muffin. We were counting on a small breakfast and get off on our trip.

Decent for a one night stay.
Location was easy to locate but could’ve been cleaner. Walls We’re dirty, remote missing battery cover, almost empty roll of toilet paper. They also have a sign in the rooms of kitchen items they offer but when you ask for them they don’t have any. Breakfast was very minimal grab and go a granola bar or muffin. Not sure I’d stay again.

Worst experience ever
I chose this hotel because my boyfriend was going to be coming out of the hospital after having his leg amputated and needed a place to recover. His first day there he made a mistake and smoked in the room not realizing that it was a non smoking room. He fell asleep and a staff member knocked on the door. He woke up and not remembering he didn’t have a leg got up out of bed and fell flat on his face. The dog starting barking and he was trying to shout of the noise he was coming. No one helped him get back in his wheelchair, clean up the mess or see if he needed an ambulance. They just told him he had to leave the next morning at checkout. I paid for an entire week, plus the fee for the dog and $100 hold. I received no money back. On top of that I’ve reached out to corporate and still haven’t received a response.

Service is amazing, the staff are the only rhing holding the place together. They do not have a backup plan if the wifi goes out, and to wait 2 hrs to be let into a room.

We found out from our bus driver that this property is actually used for long term housing. Nothing was mentioned at the property regarding that and I believe should be or else we wouldn’t have stayed. You could hear every sound, as it is people’s home there are kids that use the halls as a way to get out of their room, at one point of them 8 of them running around. People living there were very inconsiderate of other guests who were staying there for a couple of nights. People fighting and banging on doors, garbage everywhere in the parking lot, all the rooms smelled extremely bad, sheets were stained, the curtains (which were broken) looked like pasta sauce and other stuff had been plastered all over them and never cleaned. As someone who travels often, it was my worst experience so far. Bathroom smelt like marijuana from someone in the hotel smoking. If you walked without shoes on, your feet were black. The hallway carpet looks like it has never been cleaned and hallways smelled horrible. Overall, horrible experience and would not recommend. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with it all.

After booking into my hotel room I was appalled by the conditions. Torn up chairs, hole in door, air machine mucky, ac blowing cold air and window jimmied so that entry could be made into the room from outside. A property built about two years. I left and got my money back and found another hotel.
