Second stay at this hotel and it was just as memorable as the first. Staff exceptional and rooms always a high standard with great votes of the bridge and city. Breakfast was also brilliant with a lot of options for everyone to choose from. Will definitely be back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Beautiful layout, ambience is lovely and great view of bridge/Porto! Conveniently located to various restaurants near the water and you can walk to so many shops/cafes! The hotel allows for easy access to top and bottom of bridge where you can walk across bridge and enjoy all Porto has to offer. Hotel also has lovely wine bar and we tried breakfast buffet with ample items to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful! Allowed us to store our luggage on last day so we can still enjoy Porto before we catch our train back to Lisboa! Definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing in every way. Do not use Apple maps to find your way to the location from Porto as there is some glitch which will send you in circles.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier achalandé de Porto. Caves à porto à proximité, plusieurs restaurants aussi à proximité vraiment il y avait énormément de choix et on pouvaient y aller à pied sans problème. Il y avait aussi un stationnement publique payant a côté de l'hôtel! Super séjour !!

The location of this hotel could not be more stunning. It is situated at the start of the Dom Luis Bridge on the Gaia side which lends itself to stunning views of the Douro River and Porto. Staff was very accommodating and we had no language issues. The room itself was beautifully decorated, it is small but typical for European hotels. It is a decent walk into Porto so I may recommend a hotel in the city itself if you are not used to walking. But if you don’t mind the walk across the bridge, you cannot beat this location.

Without a doubt the cherry on top of our trip. This hotel is amazing, from its location it offers nice views of the Puente Luis I, and walking distance to Vila Nova da Gaia, Ribeira and Batalha. If you don't want to walk there's a metro stop just steps away from the door and it connects to everything else. Besides the location, the hotel has the most charismatic and helpful staff, always with a big smile on their faces and willing to go the extra mile. They honor the Portugal spirit and will talk your native language. The room was nice, spacious, and the bed super comfy. Also had a nice view of the bridge and river and so quiet to get us a well-deserved rest after roaming the city. If you want to avoid looking for eating options outside, their buffet breakfast is tasty and offers a lot of options for all. We stayed a bit longer since we had a late flight and they offer late check-out for a really reasonable fee. Again going the extra mile with hospitality. Definitely a great find, I can't recommend this hotel enough. I hope I can visit again soon

I would give it an 11 if I could! First impression at check in was not great because we had to park off sight the first night. The person checking us in wasn’t very friendly but it could be because we were tired from our drive in. After a good nights rest things were much better. We got parking at the hotel! Breakfast was incredible. I can’t praise the staff enough. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 night. We loved it here. We couldn’t have picked a better place. If we ever come back to Porto, we’re staying here.

They really need a SPA. After long days of walking and enjoying Porto, really need a few hours of relaxation with a good massage, Sauna and hydrotherapy before getting dress for a wonderful dinner.

This hotel has a unique view of Porto from Villa Nova de Gaia, and it is a great location for visiting Porto. The Sky Bar was a lot of fun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Highly recommend this Hotel for a stay in Porto. The staff went above and beyond to be so helpful with whatever we required. All the port lodges are on this side of the river, so it’s convenient for that aspect of a Porto visit. The views of the Dom Luis 1 bridge from the river view rooms are spectacular; it’s beautifully lit at night! Loved the elevator which delivers you up or down to the different street levels required. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Location! Location!! Location!!! Loved the hotel, the perfect location and proximity to iconic spots in Porto, the excellent service and the beautiful view of the river and the bridge from the room. The dinner and wines were very good as well. Great experience overall.
