Studio 202 neuf, propre, très confortable, très bien équipé, très bien agencé, bien insonorisé. Idéalement placé près de la rivière et du pont Luis I dans un quartier historique très vivant.

Fantastic location and room! Just that parking is not near by if you are driving so one has to unload about 100 meters away and walk here. Taxis can come up to front of the hotel but not private cars . Otherwise you can’t beat the location for the convenience!

The apartment was sizable for a one bedroom, clean, safe and located in a very central area. Easily walkable to the river and its varied shops and eating places. Also walking distance to the easily walkable bridge that takes you to Gaia de Nova and it’s many port cellars. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Great place a little hard to find if driving your own car. Parking is cheaper across the bridge in Gaia where the wineries are. Walking distance to good food and sight seeing

Excellent property! The Continental breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Great location, and very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and a small grocer just a couple doors down. We definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful modern apartment in a great location just off the main dining plaza on the Douro River. If you have your own car the nearest parking is a 5-8 minute walk which is not as convenient if you are arriving in Porto for the first time.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we encountered exceptional service that truly made our experience memorable. Despite facing transportation delays due to an accident, causing us to arrive at 2 am, we were worried about whether anyone would be available to check us in. However, to our delight, a very friendly individual awaited our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The hotel's cleanliness and spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after our long journey. Its convenient location, made exploring the city hassle-free. The staff, including the person who greeted us late at night, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although I regret not recalling his name, the individual who welcomed us deserves special recognition for his exceptional hospitality. His efforts truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. Overall, our stay at this hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I discussed this with my friend who also stayed at the apartments and we agreed we could not find any criticisms or issues, the stay was excellent in all regards, and we would happily recommend.

What a lovely surprise. It was a full apartment right by the water. We parked in city underground lot until we checked in. We checked in at hotel a few doors down. Grocery store right at entrance. Once checked in we moved car a few blocks down at public parking which was enclosed. It cost €33 for 48 hours as opposed to €61 daily at initial lot. Excellent location and would def stay again.

Very nice and clean apartment style hotel right next to Ribeira. Walkable to all major Porto attractions. The breakfast offered at the affiliated hotel was quite nice, but a 8-10 minute walk from the apartment. Parking in the area is not very convenient. If driving, I recommend leaving the car at a garage and just walk in the city.

La struttura è pulita, arredata benissimo e dislocata in zona molto comoda. In dotazione, oltre al basico bagnoschiuma, geldoccia e sapone, phon, macchina del caffè con relative cialde, e cucina dotata di tutto. Unica pecca a metà soggiorno abbiamo dovuto richiedere rifornimento carta igienica, ma è stata prontamente consegnata senza alcun problema. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliatissimo!

We came for a week in early February & couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Prime location yet quiet, extremely roomy suite & we loved having the kitchenette with dining space. It was clean, modern yet has the lovely character of the old stone walls. Shower & water pressure were excellent. We had no complications checking in, the staff @ Oca Flores were very helpful. Can't beat the location, everything within a short walk, this place is a 10!👌

The rooms hotel is near to the river and to the Luiz bridge (1 minute walking). Around there are lot of restaurans and shops. Absolutely quite during the night. Great structure with large room totally renewed, clean and modern. The check in is on line by a video phone inside the structure anyway there is a person in another same hotel nearest. I raccomend it if you want spend some days in Porto and stay in a strategic location.

Amazing stay. Only note was that the floor had not been cleaned. Hair 👀 like they had cleaned a brush and throws it everywhere. Situation was fixed immediately-still this stay was amazing.

Nice apartment hotel with good standard and great size of room. Central location and the only downside was the quality of the bed which was very hard. Can certainly recommend.

The actual room was very nice except for the bed which was small and lumpy, the room was big so the bed could have been larger for sure. Check in and out were disappointing as there's no staff onsite so no assistance on sightseeing and restaurants. This wasn't clear during booking process
