Très belle expérience
Bâtiment contemporain dans un grand parc arboré et silencieux. L’entrée de la propriété est majestueuse. À proximité d’une excellente cave pour déguster des portos et seulement 10 minutes à pied du shopping. Personnel souriant,jeune et professionnel. Belle réception.Très bon accueil. Chambre et salle de douche spacieuses et parfaitement propres. Confort maximum. L’espace Spa/Piscine est grand et design avec un personnel aux petits soins 👍 Tout est là pour un séjour d’exception ! Chic décontracté. Notre nouvelle adresse à Porto 😉

Une désagréable surprise
Très surpris de devoir payer un supplément de 50€ par nuit pour que notre fils ado puisse avoir un lit dans un chambre "grand lit" réservée sur le site de Hotels.com pour 3 personnes. le sejour de 5 nuits nous a occasionné 250€ de supplément et une allusion disant que nous aurions "dû poser la question "... Mais sur quelle base puisque les filtres disaient bien "3" pour cette chambre. Elle le service client d'H.C s'est avéré d'aucun secours. Hormis cela, les petits dejeuners sont parfaits. L'hôtel est un peu loin de Porto centre, mais avec le metro...

Hôtel fabuleux où nous avons été accueilli par un personnel professionnel et chaleureux. Les chambres et le buffet du petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Le SPA, la piscine extérieure et le parc entourant l’Hôtel sont extra. Nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être en ville quand nous sommes dans la propriété car c’est très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Excellent hôtel, très bien équipé y compris une piscine intérieure, bien placé dans la zone des caves de Porto, mais dans un quartier sans vie. Seul la restauration n’est pas totalement au niveau du reste (dîner) à l’exception du buffet du petit déjeuner qui est parfait

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé du coté des caves de Porto, il est très facile de rejoindre le centre ville en métro et le soir venu c'est appréciable de se retrouver au calme de l'agitation. Les chambres sont bien équipées, neuves, jolies avec un petit balcon, le restaurant très bon et surtout le personnel est au petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un moment innoubliable

Ma note est de 10, le personnel est volontaire et vraiment dévoué (une mention très spéciale à Rodrigo qui n'a pas économisé ses efforts pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible) Quelques points d'amélioration qui ferait passer l'établissement d'excellent à exceptionnel : - dédier une personne à chaque poste pour fluidifier le service du petit déjeuner, et servir le café avec plus de rapidité. - rajouter des transats et des parasols autour de la piscine.

As always Hilton never fails. Beautiful hotel in a secluded area. Stepping out this area the environment is not very inspiring. Walk 20 Minutes down a very steep street to The harbour where you wil find restaurants, bars etc.

Breakfast was awesome. Grand Room was spaceous, shower drain smelled periodically. Outdoor Pool was still closed. Indoor Pool was very nice, but some jets didn't work. Different Bus Stations (STCP) nearby. 8 minute walk to the Metro Station. Expedia information about City Tax which had to be paid directly at the hotel was incorrect.

Great property with awful breakfast service
Great property in a fantastic location with terrific facilities. Experience somewhat ruined by very arrogant and passive aggressive breakfast service which left me feeling awkward and irritated. And I’ve been told the same by other guests. If I go back to Porto I wouldn’t stay here purely for that reason.

Great location, but kids beds not included!
Great secluded location but despite the name, not many rooms have view of a garden. Our balcony overlooked service road for parking and deliveries. Very noisy chiller truck was sat outside our window for 30+ minutes first thing with engine and chillers all running! Also hotel employes any tactic to extract more cash out of you. E.g. sunbeds around pool are 30EUR and despite.booking and paying for 2 adults and 1 child I had to pay an extra 50EUR at checkout for an extra bed. Surely if you pay for 3 initially you get beds for 3! Left not very happy and out of pocket so would not return again.
