The Hotel was super convenient to everything , shiopping, restaurants , freeways. The staff is probably the best I've ever encountered at check-in. Great rooms and bathrooms and super clean.

I liked the free bicycle rental, laundry facilities (with free detergent), and filtered water stations etc. I would like to complain is i suppose to get a 1free drink per person per a stay, but there was a time limit only for 4pm-6pm.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. There are a lot of little extra fees, like the “destination fee” and you have to pay to park, but we rented the bicycles, used our food credit, got the free cocktail of the day, and used the complimentary tickets to the Japanese gardens (which would be $23 per adult if you pay at the park) so we more than got our moneys worth. Only complaint is that the shower drain was extremely slow, but we were there for only one night so I can’t speak to how quickly maintenance would get to it. We really enjoyed this hotel though and I would recommend it. Lots of great venues within walking distance and the area was pretty clean and didn’t feel unsafe at all.

Wonderful property that is very well taken care of and super enjoyable to stay at! Very kind staff and fun part of downtown Portland. Definately have homeless issues but they stay to themselves.

This is the BEST managed hotel we’ve stayed at, and that’s coming from frequent travelers who have visited way fancier and luxurious hotels around the world. Our family of four stayed for 7 nights due to loss of power during an ice storm when there was a sudden and unexpected influx of guests, and every single hotel personnel we met took care of us like family, going above and beyond their “job” to make our stay outstanding. The hotel is powered by a truly special and exceptional team of people who take pride in their roles to deliver excellent experience even during the most stressful of circumstances AND consistently for 7 days straight. The facilities and rooms are also modern with a pleasant decor. M club and restaurant provide great dining options, and if you’re looking to venture out, the hotel is also in a sweet location close to all things quintessentially Portland. Sincere thanks to Pedro, Carolina, Alex, Nick.. and many more I wish I had asked their names for taking such a great care of our family!

Happy but hungry
The hotel is beautiful, the greeters, valet and desk staff were amazing. The only thing I would suggest is to have warm food. The pancakes, syrup, sausage and potatoes were cold with no way to warm them. We didn’t eat most of it.

Amazing hotel and experience
Stayed here for 3 nights with family while exploring Portland and the surrounding areas. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed with great facilities, amenities and staff. Certainly recommend and would stay again. Location is right downtown with a number of safe and reasonably priced car park options nearby. The M lounge was great as well, where my wife could remote work and also grab a bite/coffee.

Amazing Staff and a great hotel.
From the valet driver to even the room cleaner. Every person that worked here was absolutely amazing and super kind. We went for the holiday weekend to spend time with our family. My elderly parents needed a very late check out. I stay at a lot of hotels for business and pleasure and never get to really extend my stay past 1. They accommodated my parents to keep them warm and to also enjoy time while waiting for their train to leave. Amazing service across the board.

Everything was great except the restaurant needed better menu choices. I didn’t use my $25 room credit because there was not many enticing things in the menu.
