Jake's Grill, the steakhouse, opens for breakfast at 7:30am and we do offer room service starting at 7am. I greatly apologize that was not made clearer and I hope you get a chance to enjoy our wonderful breakfast next time you stay at the Sentinel!

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. The upgrades are based on availability and unfortunately weren't available during your stay, so I do apologize. On our valet tickets we do mention that it can take upwards of 20 minutes for the car, which is why we recommend calling down beforehand to make things smoother. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to see you again so we can give you a true Sentinel stay!
