It's average. The rooms are spacious and it's relatively peaceful. The manager is kind overall. There was lots of sidewalk construction nearby so not very walkable overall, but the bus is really close. Hot water worked great. Bottom line, it's safe and clean.

Need someplace to take your dog. A patch of concrete by a dumpster just doesn't work. Other than that it was a great stay!!!

Staff were super friendly, very walkable area, rooms were set up nicely and looked modern. Bathroom was super clean and had cute designs in toilet paper/towels. Downsides were dirty floors (appeared clean but grimy on feet), damp sheets, and had to walk to nearly the street to take the dogs out to use the restroom. Overall, super nice for a motel but would bring my own sheets and make sure to bring flipflops for the room.

Nice Place with a Great Price!
I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions due to its’ convenient location, ease of check-in and friendly management. Safety has never been a concern and it’s convenient to all shopping.

Floors were filthy. Turned my daughters feet black within minutes of playing in em. Fruit flys and nats all over the entire room from the front door to the bathroom.

I didnt like the fact that someone was working on their car in the parking lot. They had it jacked up and tools lying all around. It was like that befire i checked in and they were still wirking on it when i left. It looked like it was a long project. V

He knows a little about cars and so we let him repair it. We are sorry you feel this way about someone repairing their own vehicle.

A nice place away from home
I have stayed at this hotel many times during my visits in the Tigard area. Price is reasonable, the rooms are clean and the management is friendly. Furthermore, it’s convenient to restaurants, highways and shopping.

Pretty Good For The Price
The Good: Nice Big TV, Room "furniture" like bed and TV stand are nice looking. Staff was friendly and place was overall quiet. Property outside is pretty clean. Comfy Bed. I'd stay here again. The Bad: My room was on the end right next to the dumpster and there were flies in my room the entire stay. I did request an upstairs in my reservation, which I didn't get and forgot to ask when I was checking in. I dont think they read the request or could not fill it and didn't inform me. Im a light sleeper so I usually prefer upstairs. There must be a leak or moisture issue in the bathroom of 126 because each morning when I got up to use the toilet, I would step in the bathroom and you can see water squishing up through the floor boards. It dries up by mid day so maybe the ground underneath is causing the moisture. You need to wear shoes in there because of this dirty water. The water was not leaking from the shower or toilet, definitely coming up from underneath. This also caused the floor overall to be quite dirty and there was hair and dust and spider webs in the corners. The bathroom door was coming off the hinges and wouldn't close without being lifted up. The security bar in the door was also loose and would be useless if needed. Its there for aesthetics only. I would stay here again though just for the big TV, its very nice having that compared to the tiny low resolution TVs at other Motel 6s. This might sound negative overall but it was fine for the price.

Remembering that this was a Motel 6 and not a 5-star luxury hotel, it was pretty plain, but the staff was very helpful, the room was squeaky clean, and everything in the room worked as it should. Recommended.
