The property seemed dirty, especially in the hallways and elevators. The room was noisy, with a loud hum coming from the HVAC vents. Kitchen staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. We asked for help with our room thermostat twice and no one came. The area seems a bit depressed. I would skip this hotel.

Everything was great, if I had to say one thing that wasn’t up to par it was the water pressure. It just seem very low for my liking but everything else including staff were great!

Everytime I come to Portland, we stay here. Breakfast is great and it a great walking diatnce to the river and other places to eat. Not far from the airport and other places. Tour vans pick you up here and we like the staff ....overal its a nice place to stay.

We were assigned a room under the air handler on the roof of the building, it was incredibly noisy with an obnoxious thrumming that was similar to a small aircraft. We asked to be moved due to this noise and we were moved to the room directly below our original room, equally as noisy. Both rooms had aging furniture that was damaged as well as damage to the walls. The first room had what appeared to be a dirty bathroom with what I can assume were drops of blood on the floor. This was all communicated to the front desk staff.
Due to booking through Expedia, we were told by the front desk staff that we would not be getting a refund. Expedia support contacted the hotel for us and we were told the same: no refund. Expedia did give us a $25 coupon to be used a few months after this stay. In terms of location, it’s less than ideal due to transient behavior. The reason it gets three stars for “staff and service”: the valet was professional and even though the desk staff couldn’t resolve the issues, they were professional.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly, kind, and willing. The hotel itself is lovely and feels inviting. The breakfast had various options; eggs, hashbrowns, French toast/pancakes, yogurt parfait, and more. I loved staying here and hope to be back soon!

Stay was great parking was tough as their was no hotel parking and we either had to pay the street meters between 8am -7pm and even that was limited.

Fantastic location the rooms were all clean and comfortable to stay in no obnoxiously bright lights or sounds entering the room.
All of the guests were super chill, and the staff made it a very wonderful experience. I gave it a five because my only knock on it is they charge for two key cards which is silly because this is the only place I’ve ever stayed at where they charge for two key cards

I called this hotel 5 minutes after I made the reservation for the wrong day. They transferred me to a call center and would not let me change to the next day...
To be clear, I wasn't asking for a refund, just to move it 16 hours in the future.
So I paid $175 for nothing, and will never recommend this hotel again.

Loveeee the text valet. We text from the room and by the time we get down to the lobby the car is ready and waiting for us. Super convenient with two kids and a bunch of bags. Love the kitchen since we have a baby and need to wash bottles and pumps.

This place does have what one would want in a long term rental in terms of amenities. The staffs great . The place was clean enough. What I couldn’t get with was parking situation. Limited street parking or valet @49 a day or garage parking @24 overnight it’s steep. I’m staying for 15 nights in Portland so it would be a minimum of $360 on top of $2,100 for the room itself. I stayed one night and opted to go a different route.
