Staff was rude and not communicative. No one told me about parking charges. Also I did not see it in the Expedia listing. Bar person was good.

A seemingly new hotel, very clean. The shower is very nice & modern, & the bed comfy. Friendly staff. They offer a pay-for breakfast, have a full bar &, I believe, offer an evening meal. The view is not very nice; your room overlooks either an RV storage yard or the street with an empty lot. But it is close to several restaurants.

The property was great. The one irritating factor was having to pay $10 per night to park in the parking lot. Plus, an additional fee was charged for breakfast which used to come with the room. Hidden fees should have been disclosed.

Everything is what you’d expect from a HI. It very clean and nicely furnished. You have to pay separate for a breakfast that is the same as all hotels. My only complaint is that I chose this hotel because it has onsite EV charging but the chargers were broken.

Keys didn’t work, went down to the desk, they gave me another set of keys that didn’t work. Then they came up with me, unlocked the door and told me maintenance would need to come. What a horrible first time staying here!

They put us in a room that was too small for our family. We had a family for 4 and they put us with one king bed. We asked for a different room and got a king with a twin sofa bed. Still small, and not what we booked, but we made it work. The bathroom door was see-though. We woke up anytime someone turned the light on in the bathroom during the night. The plug-ins and usb ports didn't work for charging our phones on the nightstand. After both our room cards stopped working, they offered to move us to a bigger room. We had the same problem with the bathroom door and usb/plug-ins in the new room.

This property was nice. I had to change rooms because the AC on the first one was LOUD. I was shocked they charged me to park in Hillsboro. My bad, I guess I shouldn’t have assumed.

Renter beware!!! Carefully read the description of the hotel. Every Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at the breakfast was included. Here you have to pay $16!!! Plus they charge $10 for parking!!! I’ll never stay there again

We have stayed here several times and just love it. It’s the perfect location, super clean, great amenities, and beautiful decor. There is a parking fee of $10 a day which is a bit of a drag but kinda worth it

nice hotel. good aesthetic (modern/contemporary). the bed was so so and the blanket/comforter is pretty minimal for winter months. the heater in my room was kind of noisy and wasn't the best. internet fine. nice service.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to have different was an actual door on the bathrooms rather than a barn door. Not very private.

The shower was dirty. And the bed was very uncomfortable. Not a great room. Customer service was average.
