Hotel impersonnel, sans âme. Grosse structure dans le centre administratif. Quasi aucun commerce autour, quartier inintéressant. Grosse difficulté de communication avant l'arrivée : Navette non présente à l'aéroport. Sauf obligation, dormir près de l'aéroport, c'est mieux !

The Crown has comfortable and clean rooms and is safe. There’s good food in the restaurant and it is reasonably priced. The staff is accommodating and will work with you to help you if you have any problems. Great place to stay!

Everything is alright about the Hotel. The stuff just needs to be more friendly and smile. Check out time is at 11am but was disturbed at 10:30am to check out. Overall if I wanted to stay at a Quiet place, I would go back to Crown.

Easily the best I stayed in whilst in PNG
A really international hotel in a good position with some great people. I enjoyed it - this ws the fourth hotel I stayed in during a 10 day visit to PNG and is the only one I would willingly return to. I would have given it 5 stars except for an irritation on check-out when it was suddenly determined that the deposit I paid through Expedia hadn't been collected. Not mentioned at check-in or notified before my taxi turned up. Otherwise very good.

Customer service needs to be improved. Need more friendly staff and also they need to advise of the options of the rooms if not available. I requested two beds but was given one only. Rooms were not ready upon check in as well. Will not be booking with Crown anytime soon.

Would recommend this hotel
A restful stay during PNG travels. Room, bed, air conditioning were great. Shuttle service from airport was so helpful. Some confusion when ordering room service but all sorted out. A few food options within walking distance. Pool was amazingly perfect. Foot massage was divine. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms. Ill rate the rooms around 4.5 stars but I was disapointed that I had to catch an early flight and was unable to get a proper sleep because the guests next room decided to have a huge party there with loud music and screaming. No respect at all. Told the reception about switching rooms but unfotunately, they got none left vacant for that.. Ill recommend staffs walking around in the night to ensure the place is quiet so some guests can have their sleep. Especialy the ones transiting over for an early flight out of POM.

We loved the very comfy beds. The most softest beds we’ve ever slept in. The room and bathroom amenities were great. However, we waited 50 mins for the reservation team to confirm our online booking reservation. Also we can’t control the temperature in our room so we were hot a couple of nights in the room.

Staff very friendly, and efficient. Good choice of eating options in the hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable but a bit old and tired looking. One really annoying feature during our 4 day stay - every day, our room keys failed and needed re-setting, sometimes twice a day (at first we thought it was our fault for putting them next to mobile phones, but it turned out to be a fault with the hotel system).

Good courtesy bus, though requires some waiting. Nice 20 minute drive to see the area. Beautiful seaview from room, comfortable beds and pillows, a safe, nice room and bathroom with good toiletries, dressing gown and slippers. It took a while to get a spare bed, but they were very busy with many guests arriving for a big conference. The bedroom freezer needed defrosting and leaked to form a puddle on the floor. The microwave plate was dirty. The pool was basic: good pizza by the poolside, but the water was a bit dirty and the pool not very big or very attractive area. This was my main disappointment as that is what we wanted to use for the afternoon, which we still did, but not as exciting as we had hoped. Nice PNG tourist looks through the hotel. General service was reasonable and friendly. Good buffet breakfast with wide variety of cereal, fruit, rolls/pastries,juices, English fried food. Some flavour was a bit lacking, but then meat tastes in general in PNG are different to UK. Overall, I wouldn't rate it to equal a 4 star British hotel, but then PNG is not a modern country, so if you want high quality, then pay more for a more superior hotel. Still an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

En la recepción muy mal porque a pesar de haber ya cancelado mi estadía y tener el número de reserva de Hotels.com no me querían dejar hacer el check in porque su sistema tenía problemas y no figuraba en él la reserva. Fue necesario esperar como 45`, llamar a Hotels.com, que ellos llamaran al hotel e insistieran para que me dejaran hacer el check in. Muy mal comienzo.
