We are so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations and apologize for all the inconvenience that you encountered during your stay with us as what you are mentioning is not our usual service standards. We wanted to let you know we've taken the elements you've mentioned in your review to heart as this essential for no further reoccurrence in the future. We regret that we didn’t get this feedback during your stay as it would allow us to fix our mishap and make your stay pleasant. Regarding our breakfast buffet, we also serve daily a continental breakfast, a variety of typical warm Haitian breakfast and prepare eggs as per the guest’s preference as well as fresh and warm pancakes and French toast. Our bakery section (croissants, bread loaf, gingerbread, cookies, dried cakes etc.….) is homemade and daily made as well as our plain yoghurt and jams.  We provide face towels per request and thanks to your feedback, we have now thought of including an informative note in the bathroom.  The housekeeping has been sensitized on the mishap.  We have a maintenance team on site 24/7 and could have brought our assistance for the hot water.  As you have mentioned our staff and customer service is satisfactory and it would have been our utmost pleasure to take the appropriate measures for your satisfaction.  We hope to welcome you back in the future with the opportunity to exceed your expectations when you choose to travel to Pétion-Ville, Haiti.   Kind regards, Myriam Gervil Front Desk Manager
