Please accept my sincere apology, guest satisfaction is the goal at the Best Western Plus Barclay Hotel and we take great pride to bring the level of this hotel above our competitors.Please know that we are taking your feedback to heart and focusing on improving. We try at every opportunity to make our guest’s stay as comfortable as possible with no issues to cause any undue stress. We are always looking for ways to improve. I am unsure why you had to go to the front desk for your towels when they are offered in our hot tub area. Our bathroom amenities are offered in the large environmental bottles attached to the bathroom walls, so I am unsure what you had to go to the front desk for but I apologize if they were not offered in the room. I am sorry you disapproved of our rates however you did accept them when making your booking. It is always our desire to have our guests let us know if there are problems during their stay so It is also our Front Desk Agents mission to ask, “How was your stay”. I am always very interested in opportunities on how to improve our guests’ experience while staying with us. Is there something that we can do differently to change your perception of our property. Your feedback is very much appreciated, and I can assure you that my staff and I will use this information to do everything possible to create an enjoyable experience for each of our guests. It is our goal at the Best Western Plus Barclay Hotel, and we take great pride in bringing the level of this hotel above our competitors. Our pool is advertised as seasonal and opens every year on the May long weekend and stays open until Thanksgiving weekend. With all this great weather it is hard not to want to go in. I apologize for not having it open sooner but we must wait for it to be inspected every year before opening. Our inspection is set of May 9th this year. We try at every opportunity to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible with no issues causing any undue stress. I apologies for the hot tub being closed during your stay. It looks like it was closed due to an unexpected cleaning from previous guests.
