Très bel hôtel, avec chambre confortable et spacieuse. Seul bémol, l'absence de double vitrage aux fenêtres et le bruit continu sur la place situé devant l'hôtel.

La habitación no era para nada lo que muestran en la fotos, la sabanas estaban super sucias, tienen un problema bien grande con el control del estacionamiento ya que cualquier persona que no se esté hospedando en el hotel puede entrar y dejan a los huéspedes sin estacionamiento o con sus autos bloqueados, jamas fueron a limpiar la habitación, el area de la piscina una asquerosidad y en fin el area donde esta ubicado el hotel es fantástica pero el hotel en si deja mucho que desear

La propiedad está como abandonada, nada funciona, entre otras cosas: No tienen cocina, nada de comer.. La habitación q me asignaron (118) NO ES LA QUE ESCOGI SEGUN EL ANUNCIO EN EXPEDIA, nada que ver. con un TV cuyo cable no funciona, y yo quería la NBA juego 7 Nuggets vs Wolves. La muchacha del front desk me dio otra habitación (115) cuyo TV Cable tampoco funcionó. Daba un error de conexión con la antenna de DirecTV; Se me amargó la noche.. Lo apagué… Al levantarnos mi esposa y yo vimos q ni toallas habían en el baño.. No hay ni telefono en el cuarto para llamar a recepción marcando el Cero.. Si buscas el número en google no contestan.. Tuve q bajar a buscar las toallas a recepción para entonces bañarnos. Nos bañamos y nos fuimos de inmediato temprano.. No resistía seguir allí.. Terrible, tienen el hotel abandonado.. Deberían hacer un reembolso total.. La administración esta grave. La muchacha de recepción en la noche y el muchacho temprano en la mañana se disculparon y nos trataron con amabilidad, no es su culpa..

The elevator isn’t working since two year’s ago and as person with disability I had my difficulty. The a/c start in on and then off with this very noisy sound that was difficult to rest and when was off the noise from outside disturb.

Parking lot was full. Dirty towels. Too noisy due to a smoke shop store inside the hotel. Because of that, people talking and loud music until 5am. My reservation was a double bed room (2 adults and 1 kid). The employee told me that there were no double rooms so they gave me 2 rooms. One remodeled and the other very deteriorated.

La propiedad está bien y es la segunda vez qhe venimos en 6 meses. Pero anoche fue un desastre. Más que un hotel parecia una vecindad. No se podía descansar que fue la razon nuestra para venir. El que maneja la tienda de cigarro estaba borracho y hablando durisimo desde las 12am. A las 4 de la mañana comenzó a cantar con una guitarra y con un grupo de personas que le aplaudian. Llamamos al Front Desk y no pasó nada. Fue tremendo desastre. A las 5am otro huésped los enfrentó y se callaron un rato pero luego el mismo hombre comenzó a cantar a capela. De las peores noches que he pasado en un hotel. Y no habia frisa en la habitación .

Good to have its own parking and it is located right at the center. It is good to take pictures at the lobby, pool, and the public area. However, the room they gave us had a broken knot for hot water and no enough toilet paper. Elevator was in maintenance with no workers on sight. Carpet is not clean.

I didn't like all the ease of the room. It did not have adequate cleaning, no towel at the time of check-in, the lamps did not have bulbs, it did not have a trash can, the air conditioning made an uncomfortable noise, the customer was informed. I do not recommend it

Unfortunately it was a disaster. The hotel was dirty, no water, no wifi ! A lot of dust in the room . I got asthma from that night. Definitely not staying again there. And I don’t recommend to anyone. I do have pictures.

Esta propiedad aunque es antigua tiene detalles muy bonitos. Los muebles antiguos preciosos aunque los del area de la piscina necesitan arreglo. Al momento de reservar desconocia que no tenian disponible servicio de desayuno, aparentemente habia problema con la cocina algo asi me dijeron. Mi consejo deben de decirlo a los huespedes para evitar molestias. Sali por el area pero al ser viernes santo la mayoria de los lugares estaban cerrados o extrememadamente llenos por lo que me vi en la obligacion de hacer check out antes de tiempo.

The elevator was out of service. The room was in very poor conditions. The ice bucket had water with dead ants in it. The cabinet holding the tv had a broken leg. There was a collection of empty beer bottles on the balcony with cigarettes. The second day of our stay, they decided to cut out the electricity to work on the elevator. The heat was unbearable and they did not offer a room change. Other floors had electricity and there was room availability. By the way, on my way down, I noticed that the rooms on the first floor are nicer and cleaner, and the lobby is nice.

Elevator does not work. No wifi. Direct tv was not working. Cold water in the morning. Hot water at night. Runed down facility that needs a huge overhaul. Rusty doors. No attention to detail. Historic building going to ruins because of nobody paying attention. It’s a shame.

Sorry that this beautiful hotel has been ruined 😭
This hotel, that we have stayed at many times for the past 20 years has been totally redone. The tacky furniture is the worst, they have put up many walls and ruined what the reception area used to look like. The pool area has furniture with ripped cushions and broken furniture cluttered around. It's sad because this used to be such a classy place and is of historical significance. The TV didn't work and we needed to relax for a 3am flight. Otherwise, it was nice to have the pool to cool off in and the shopping was convenient. Kings creme is always good and the lion fountain was running beautiful. The restaurant that we went to was right across the plaza from the hotel and the food was delicious.

THIS ISN'T A 4 STARS HOTEL AND THE PICTURES THEY USE ARE NOT WHAT WE SEE 1 no one at the check-in area when we arrived 2 no hot water 3 no phone in the room to call the front desk 4 no breakfast when it says free breakfast 5 no internet 6 bed mattresses are old 7 bed dressing was subpar 8 carpet was old but clean 9 room decor was mixed stuff that didn't go together 10 restroom was old but was clean. New toilet. A big plus. the tub was old but clean, but no hot water. The shower hardware was old 11 towels are fluffy and look new 12 rooms had big flat screens tv but because the hotel didn't pay, for the direct TV account, we couldn't watch TV 13 elevator didn't work so we had to lug our luggage up and down 1 flight of stairs 14 There was a "world-class" Restaurant in the hotel but was closed for business because they didn't have a chef/ cook 15 door knob was broken and "bootlegged" fixed or replaced. We had to bar the door with our heavy suitcase ls at night 16 free parking in the back side of the hotel 17 homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel 18 Most businesses and attractions are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays- unrelated to the hotel

There were several issues from the start. Elevator out of service, no hot water, no internet in the rooms, no ice machine on the floor had to go to the bar at the lobby to get ice. No refrigerators in the room. It was a very inconvenient stay.

Stay AWAY For this HOTEL the interior will fool you !!!! This property is refusing to refund me as this experience has ruined my anniversary on Valentine’s Day trip to Puerto Rico. My reservation was for four days three nights we checked out the next day due to being put in a room that was so outdated and dirty the hotel had no working elevator and we was placed on 3rd floor while having a injury to my foot taking five flights of stairs , no working hot water no internet or cable so if you turn on the TV it was black and was told no good rooms could be cleaned due to lack of working employee so front desk was also doing housekeeping duties and your left waiting for front desk for over a hour. They transferred us to the sister hotel The Fox across the street which was a cheaper hotel but we paid for a king size room but at the Fox we were given a dirty room that had a full size bed no hot water and bugs filled the bathrooms they changed us to two different rooms all were horrific and still no cable air internet. I have pictures and videos. I will never stay at either hotel owned by these folks and want my stay refunded for my stay, we checked out and the front desk keeps acting like they had to consult a manager which was never seen to give us a receipt. I was never given any paperwork to sign nor receipt for nothing. Never again.

Saludos! Las facilidades están extremadamente descuidadas. 1. La habitación 117, la coqueta estaba tambaleándose, a punto de que una de las patas se partiera. 2. Dificultades con el agua caliente. Tuve que estar llamando para que prendieran la caldera, en los tres días de la estadía. 3. Direct TV fuera de servicio. La señal se iba constantemente. 4. Los balcones bien sucios. 5. Estacionamientos ocupados por personas que no se están hospedando en el hotel. 6. Escombros en el área del estacionamiento. Fatal!!!!! El servicio de los empleado SUPER excelente. Esmeralda fue EXCELENTE. Gracias a ella pudimos hacer nuestra estadía un poco más placentera.
