« Fabulous location with friendly hosts. We stayed here with my limited-mobility mother and four teens, and it was the best weekend getaway we’ve had for ages. Loved the house, the location, the setting, and the welcoming environment. The downstairs bedrooms (a couple of steps up from the driveway), showers with only a low step, and a downstairs living area meant my mum, who walks with a stick, didn’t have to struggle with full flights of stairs. « Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). Thank you to the hosts. »

« The house is very well equipped and is private. Awesome deck which looks out to bush and a reserve. The beds are very hard, which was the only down fall for us. If you like a hard bed then the house is perfect. »

« Great place to stay for a long weekend getaway. House is very cool with lots of space to play and have quiet time if needed. Lovely big lawn to activities, kayaks and dinghy were great. Lots of toys books and dvds for rainy days. Pretty much all bases are covered! Such a special place highly recommend. »

« Property was great. Fantastic view from lounge & hot tub. Relaxing place with all facilities that you need for a holiday. Unfortunately check in was very stressful as the check in information didn’t come through prior to arrival & when travelling internationally you don’t readily have access to contact the host via email or phone which resulted in unnecessary international roaming costs to resolve. However once the check in issue was resolved we were able to really enjoy our stay in Nelson...

Attention, la réception ferme à 19 heures. Pour les arrivées tardives, prévenir. Quelques odeurs de cuisine des restaurants environnants. »
