Grand Hyatt top
super séjour sur Playa Del Carmen hotel idéalement situé magnifique vu mer service du personnel vraiment top chambre très confortable seul petit bémols l'eau des piscines trop froides on ne peut se baigner et le restaurant soir vide et pas top par rapport au prix mais du coup on a mangé dehors dommage....mais je recommande tout de même

Super séjour!
L’hôtel est très beau, bien placé. Le personnel est attentionné et compétent. Notre chambre front de mer était magnifique. Seul bémol, l’hôtel n’a pas vraiment de plage mais un bout de sable et la mer n’est pas la plus belle de playa. A part ça je recommande !

The staff makes all the difference! The place is beautiful and service is excellent.hey were all so nice helping us with bug smile! There is also the young man who helps at the beach with the umbrella.. thank you all for making our stay memorable! Rooms were super clean too! And the pool is better than the beach!! The noise in my room (with windows close!) was extremely loud from non to 7pm Thursday through Sunday . Couldn’t sleep or relax at my room. From the pool party next to the hotel. I have been told it’s loud area but at the balcony not in the room. Also the breakfast I eat Monday morning gave me stomach aches. Other than that hotel stuff was great

The amenities are incredible. Everything is kept in rip top shape. Convenient location. Staff is so attentive and kind. Only thing it’s lacking is food variety. Very limited options at restaurants and poolside. Not to mention the prices are too high. Don’t mind paying top dollar for quality food but their food prices were unjustifiable. Cabana options are another issue. $200 for a cabana (more like day bed) with strangers literally elbow to you and only options for drinks included are beer. Aren’t allowed to exchange for anything but soda.

El cuarto que rentamos tenía vista al mar, pero también tenía vista al roof del bar del complejo. Por lo tanto era una vista parcial al mar y el precio debió ser el de una habitación con vista parcial al mar. Era complicado que se acercaran a ofrecerte algo estando en los camastros de la alberca. Una vez que conseguías que te atendieran, el servicio era bueno, pero la primera vez tenías que buscarlos tú y acorralarlos para que te abrieran la cuenta.
