« The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again! »

« The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers. »

« Nice and clean house, steps to beach for a visit with grandkids. Loved the separate cottage like in-law suite. Allowed some down time and privacy. Location was a short drive to Lewis, DE and perfect for nature lovers. The step down to the beach is a bit washed out, just have to watch your steps. However there is a public entrance a few blocks away and a small store to grab ice cream and a sandwiches. »

« This was a fabulous trip and the property could NOT have been better. My son, his wife, their 5 year old daughter and their 6 month identical twin boys joined me and my dog for the week. The location was ideal for both the beach and dining as well as being cute and clean! A lot of memories and “firsts” were made here! Thank you so much!! »

« This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time! »
