« We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

« We loved our stay here! It was clean, and had all the comforts of home for a relaxing get away! So close to grocery shopping and restaurants! The best thing is that from the patio/balcony you can hear the ocean and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. We will be back! »

« We had a death in our family and a storm which prevented us from coming both days but overall the property was clean, convenient and welcoming. My only bad experience was that my bed fell at some point during the night for no reason. Other than that it was good. The property is close to the beach and Mac Daddy's arcade. « My family had such an amazing time at Char’s Beach Condo. She was very accessible and even let us know when cleaners finished so we were able to arrive a bit early! It was clean, well stocked and with beach/ocean views as well. Easy access to beach. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again! »

« When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10. »

« Unit well stocked for our needs. Clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings. I do wish master bath had a safety bar in it or grippers on the floor. Loved having the elevator. The security alarm system, in a locked closet on master floor, faulted and started beeping every 10 seconds at 3 am which ruined my sleep that night. The rental company had someone there by 9 am to remedy this. Otherwise, we loved it. »

« Condo was located in a great spot in which the beach was not crowded. Wonderful views of the ocean from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Great balcony with comfortable chairs and tables for enjoying the ocean view. Host provided utility cart for unloading and loading suitcases, etc. Walking distance grocery store and shopping. Walking distance to some restaurants. Nice bike/walking trail. We would stay in the same unit again. Thank you. »

« Condo was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking ware, baggies, trashbags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash....Would highly recommend. Although the high tide limits your time on the beach you can go to a public beach access or go further south in the Topsail Dunes Condo area to access the beach. »

« The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone...
