« This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends. »

« The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night. »

« The place was great and neighborhood is very quiet. I was very pleased when walking into the unit. The only issues were the mattress (in the bedroom with the door leading to the outside) was a little uncomfortable and the shrubs leading to the front door could be cut down some. However, overall is was great! Walmart, Walgreens, Dunkin, Dollar Tree, and a community grocery with great fruit are close by. »

« We stayed for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was a perfect location for us and only 15 min to downtown where there is a plethora of good restaurants. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and the property is peaceful and quaint with lots of birds. Everything we needed and many extras. Anne-Marie was even so kind to share some clippings from her plants and packed them so they would make the trip back home. Much better experience than any hotel room.
