Je suis resté une semaine dans cette hôtel, tout était parfait l’accueil, tous les services, le petit déjeuner jusqu’au départ. Si je devais revenir à Phu Quocje sais que j’irai dormir.

Tout simplement WOW
L hôtel est bien localisé dans un secteur tranquille et proche de la plage. Le buffet du déjeuner est varié et change à tous les jours. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. La chambre de toute beauté, propre, le lit très confortable et une salle de bain spacieuse. Nous avions une vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil. La piscine sur le toit est grande avec une vue partout.

Thank you for your feedback. Our room options can all be customized to include either a bathtub or a standing bath cabin based on your preference. For the bathtub option, each room is equipped with an adjustable height feature and a small seat for added convenience, especially for elderly guests. The shower head height can also be easily adjusted manually for a personalized experience.We will further consider providing detailed instructions to our guests to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.

From the moment we got to the hotel, we were greeted with such kindness. The amenities were great - especially the pool. The free breakfast was very filling. Though the beds were hard, we enjoyed our rooms immensely. Beautiful ocean view. Thank you for your hospitality, especially Nam at reception!

表の通りから奥まっていますが歩いてすぐだし海にも近いです。表の通りにはレストラン、マッサージ屋、スーパーなんでもあります。部屋からもサンセットがとてもキレイでした。レンタルバイクもホテルで貸してもらえるし、レイトチェックアウトも大丈夫でした。またフーコックに来たら利用したいです。

Awesome Aquasun
A lovely hotel with five star staff. Hotel in perfect location. Hotel rooftop pool area still undergoing renovation work. Heavy clunky wooden sun beds with no cushion cover is the only negative of our wonderful stay.

Don't stay at Aquasun
When we arrived, no one came out to help us with our luggage, we had to carry it up the stairs ourselves. I stood at the desk and no one acknowledged me one lady was running around and then eventually the owner offered us welcome drinks. The app for hotels.com glitched and messed up my booking so I had to pay more when I checked in. The breakfast buffet has deli meats, fruit and yogurt baking under sunlight by the window which I think contributed to the yogurt tasting spoiled for 2 breakfasts in a row and it gave me food poisoning. The shower tub is too high you need a step stool to get in and could easily slip getting out or getting into the shower. There's no shower curtain or door so water gets all over the bathroom floor and toilet after every shower. The employees don't smile at you when you leave or enter the hotel. There is no safety lock box. Before I checked out I asked a taxi driver how much a ride to the airport would cost. Compared to Grab, it would be almost the same price. When checking out I asked the hotel employee to arrange a ride to the airport. We got into the same taxi driver's car and at the airport I asked how much I owed him and he gave me a price 4 times more than what he said to me previously. I got upcharged just because the hotel arranged the ride? Just take Grab, don't take any taxi rides or rides arranged by the hotel. They are scammers. At least other hotels had my best interest in mind and would recommend Grab, this hotel only cared for money.

However, please remember that we even provided free transportation for you from the ferry station to the hotel because you have a child, as well as allowing you to check in four hours early. The good things are easily forgotten and the not-so-good things are easily magnified.

Overall a nice hotel in the Central-Southern part of Long Beach. A good deal for the price. Staff is very nice and helpful, service was good. The only downside for us was that it is not on the waterfront and doesn't have it's own beach. Other than that, everything was great.

Mr. Nam front desk attendant was extremely helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and maintained well. The laundry service was better than expected. Our room didn’t have hot water, only warm but everything else was great.

The hotel is newly built and looks really nice. But the room was not cleaned properly at all times, and the staff also forgot dirty equipment in our room. A few days we did not recieve any coffee nor fresh water. The shower did not have any hot water for any of the 3 weeks we stayed there. We also had a lamp turning on itself in the middle of the nights whenever it was windy. Airport transfer was free and you can rent scooters for more expensive price than on the streets. The hotel only accept cash payments

Beautiful hotel clise to the beach
I stayed 4 nights so far. The room was perfect Very clean, well planned, functional and comfortable. Everything you need. Unfortunslely there was a guest smoking in The balcony belie, so my room was not always smoke-free. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of different options to try and pleadsnt service. The pool on the roof is refreshing, at times a bit windy. The water in the shower was also refreshing... so no really hot water but luckily in this clinate it doesn't matter so much.

위치 좋은 가성비 숙소로 만족
2박 머물렀는데 위치가 너무 좋았어요! 킹콩마트까지 도보가능해서 일정 마무리하고 밤마다 들렀다 올 수 있었던 게 너무 편했습니다. 만약 푸꾸옥에 밤늦게 도착하거나, 외부 일정이 많아 숙소에 머무를 시간이 별로 없어서 가성비 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하고 싶어요. 아침 조식으로 나오는 쌀국수도 너무 맛있었어요.

I have been to many hotels not only in Vietnam but to many locations in North America and the Caribbeans. The level of service offered by the staff at the Aquasun is second to none. From the moment we arrived they have treated us like family, truly going out of their way to make sure that we are happy with our stay. My wife got ill during the trip and everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the owner Mrs. Phong went out of their way to offer support for my wife. To everyone at Aquasun, keep doing what you are doing. It's the quality of service and dedication of the staff that stands you out from the rest. We will be definitely be coming back.

Aquasun is a nice, new property. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of Vietnamese and Western foods. The roof top pool is refreshing and it's a good place to view the sunset.

7階に宿泊。地上にいる人達の声、隣の部屋の人の声、上の階の足音や物を引きずる音、すごく響きます。めちゃくちゃうるさい。 プールから夕陽が沈む方向のは見れないです。 屋上は広いので別なところからは見れますが、写真映えを狙うなら期待はずれかも。 駐輪料金が1日150000がかかります、バイクの方は気をつけてください。

Dear Hirokata,Thank you for your response.I would like to clarify that our rooftop swimming pool on the 11th floor does indeed offer a sunset view, contrary to what you have stated.Additionally, the basement parking is complimentary for all of our guests, as opposed to your claim.As for the motorbike rental, there is a charge of 150,000 VND per day as it is an additional service. All of the staff, particularly the young lady at the reception desk, were exceptional. The entire staff had an attitude of what can I do to help you. The breakfast was excellent.
