It was basic, not a good value.
Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase.

They advertise the kids full does not work they advertise breakfast they do not have anything available only coffee the rooms are dirty the air conditioner in the gym does not work the front desk people are very polite

If you saw something about breakfast on the travel website you booked on, please contact and inform them. We have repeatedly sent messages to all online travel sites what the hotel offers. We hope you can give us another chance in the future especially after our full renovation.

Everything was wonderful but the pool area needed more cleaning just due to all the leaves from the trees in the pools, the shower needed attended to in the room the shower head was clogged not have steady stream and hard to get plug pulled for the shower to work

We clean the pool every morning, but this time of year is tough with all the leaves coming down all day with the wind. We are having the palm trees trimmed next week which should help greatly. The lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful. Can definitely tell the hotel is not maintained well. The rooms were clean but dirty. The bathroom was gross and the shower took forever to drain. There was hair on the bed and floors. The fridge did not work. The pool was nice besides the leaves in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very hot.

The trees by the pool are nice and provide shade but also deposit a lot of leaves in the pool and hot tub which we do clean out daily. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Nice stay
I’ve spent many months in hotels for work. It was nice to have a clean, quiet convenient room with decent parking. Also, my car was never stolen !! Bonus !

Staff was pleasant but our room was disgusting. Smelt awful-unclean, musty, just bad. Stains all over the carpet. Furniture was damaged and peeling, sliding door was broken, trash around the deck area, etc. I cancelled our reservation as soon as I got to our room. I could not spend 3 nights in that dirty hotel.

My views on my stay
It’s hard to say but the people were friendly , fast check in, the pool needs a little clean but the parking is very accessible and the green area is well maintained, but the room oh no, the carpet smelled and was dirty, the beds hard as rocks and for the covers , I have never been in a hotel that gives you curtains as covers, the bathroom was dirty by that I mean it need to be scrubbed. The size of the rooms were big but I felt for those prices I was disappointed in the rooms , the ice machine filthy and the towels were pieces of strings. It would be a nice hotel to stay in because it’s so close to so much places, but the owners should invest more on keeping the rooms up and updating and cleanliness. Would I recommend, if your on a tight budget yes, but if you can afford it , go somewhere else , I would not stay there anymore.

The hotel is pretty conveniently placed for activities near Scottsdale. It wasn't too far of a drive to get to hiking trails nor to go shopping in Old Town. I also thought the pool area was pleasant. The amenities were pretty standard for the price of the stay.

The suites were not updated but were huge. Bed was kind of hard. Front desk girl, Mayci, was great. No breakfast. Clean property.

Grounds were nice, you could not tell that you were in the city. Biggest complaint was that the hot tube was dirty (tree litter and dirt) and was barely warm enough to be called a hot tub. There was never any towels at the pool. Also, the bed sheets were paper thin and I could not stay warm. I had to jack the heat up.

The room was probably the biggest I have ever stayed in. It almost felt like a waste of space but was sure appreciated. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were well maintained. During our upcoming renovations we will be redesigning our suites to make better use of the space. We do have coffee pots available on request next time you are here. We have found it is safer and more sanitary to have them kept down by the front desk and delivered if requested as most people get their coffee from the lobby. We will be putting Kureg machines in the new rooms after the renovation. We hope to see you again sometime!

Good place to stay.
The young woman at front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. This was by far not the fanciest place I have overstayed, and was a bit pricey for the condition, but overall a nice stay. The area surrounding the hotel appeared safe, but some of the surrounding rooms to us had heavy smokers right outside of our door. Some rooms had trash outside on their patios which wasn't so great. Good location for Spring Training, for sure.

Old but clean. Very nice hotel would stay again
Hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was old & could use a refresher but clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a Queen Double room & it was very spacious. The layout was great. The patio was very nice to have. The grounds were well kept & the pool was warm. The fire table needs to be fixed. We were there when it was very cool especially at night & that would be nice if it was working. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

The beds were awful. Springs poking up and very uncomfortable. No room service for the 3 days we were there. Beautiful courtyard and pool. Easy to find.

Not what I expected
The beds were comfortable. Room overall was out dated. Hallways and room smell musty. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.

unique, nothing in particular. My particular room was 304 and adjacent to an adjoining room. The people next door were indulging in getting high. Much of the stink from marijuana came into my room. After they were high, they were really loud and outside the room yelling. Felt unsafe.

The shower pressure water was so intense, you couldn’t hardly stand under it to shower. No cleaning service of any kind was offered during our week long stay. The bed had a very light weight sheet and an even lighter blanket. No breakfast of any kind. Good location, but the parking lot area had cars in it that never moved.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We apologize that the water pressure was too much in your room, our maintenance guys will be looking at that shower and make an adjustment. With rise in cases of people getting sick we are servicing rooms upon request. We have signs stating that guests can request service or supplies at any time. We monitor our side of the parking lot and all the cars out there have been guest vehicles, we do have some guest staying longer times and the other side of the lot belongs to the apartment building next to us. Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast, nor do we advertise that we do, but soon will be building a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We hope you can give us another chance in the future.

We did refund the money to the online company and hope they refunded you. We hope you can give us another chance in the future.
